Every time I go to get my car serviced at Boch, Bob has been so pleasant and friendly. The only thing I would change about this service process is that this website requires that "My Review" be a minimum been so pleasant and friendly. The only thing I would change about this service process is that this website requires that "My Review" be a minimum of 250 characters or more. They need to remove the restrictions on this. More

Bob Gandofo went out of his way to insure timely completion of 20000 mile service on my 2010 Prius in order for me to keep a very important medical appointment. I went in to have the check engine light on my car diagnosed. Bob G. let me know the process and approximately the time that it would take. I enjoyed a cup of coffee inside the dealership, relaxed and watched a movie. The time flew by and before I knew it Bob G was back with the diagnosis. I had not replaced the gas cap securely after I had last filled up. This was not allowing the tank to obtain a good seal and therefore was alerting the car computer that something was wrong. As you can imagine, I felt like an idiot for not having replaced the gas cap correctly. Bob G. understood my embarrassment and did not charge me for the diagnosis. I have always taken my Toyota to a dealership for all maintenance and repairs where ever I have lived (Minnesota, Missouri, and Massachusetts). I feel that the Toyota dealerships, including Boch, have done outstanding work with great service. More

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Corey Henderson. I brought my car in without notice due to a brake problem that occured after my daughter drove for five miles with the emergency brake on. I needed the car repaired and returned the same day due to planned travel the rest of the week. It also happened to be my 24th wedding anniversary, so I needed to get home at a reasonable time that evening. Corey went as far as to arrange for me to get a shuttle ride (from Herb, who also was a terrific gentleman and who was determined to ensure I had apositive experience and anniversary) to the local grocery store to buy my wife flowers and lobsters while two mechanics worked diligently to finish the work on my car back at the shop. I will make it a point to ask for Corey again on future visits. You should be proud to have Corey as an employee. Thank you. More

Bob treated me so warmly that it felt like I was his only client when, in fact, he had many, many more. I also told Bob that I was hearing a strange noise coming from my steering wheel, and without looking at it, Bob told me what he thought the noise probably was, had a mechanic look at it, and sure enough, he was right! In a world where it seems like no one does their job anymore, Bob surely impressed me with his knowledge and work ethic. Give that boy a raise! More
