Bob was on time, courteous, honest and very helpful with the assessment of the 40,000 mile check up my 2010 Toyota Tundra required. He definitey cares about his customers, listening to my expectations and also offering the shuttle ride option to me on both ends of the appoinemtent...no waiting in this busy service/sales center was also a wonderful thing. Bob provides superior customer service at ever turn; I plan to have all my servie work accomplisehd with Bob at Boch Toyota in Norwood. More

After the first 5,000 miles I got my first service (free oil change). Now after 10,000 miles I just got my routine maintained and also the inspection sticker. Without a shadow of a doubt BOCH Toyota is not only the best Car dealership in America but only in the entire planet. I do like the movie theater in the waiting area and the free coffee and the high tables that helped me to grade my student’s exam while I was waiting. Fantastic experience and I recommend Boch to anyone who needs a piece of mind. More

I had had my 2008 Toyota RAV-4 in for regular maintence last week - each time I go the staff is always very pleasant.
