My daughter brought her Camry in to be serviced. Once again, I entrusted her to Bob Gandolfo. I knew she would be in the best hands possible. Bob Gandolfo promptly took my Toyota avalon for its oil change, making sure to tell me that the coupon I had did not cover a 6 cylinder car; although he did ensure that I received 5 dollars off. I needed new rear brakes and I put it off for a long time until I felt I could afford the work. I called Boch Toyota and had several options for appointments. Even the sales people in the show room, who were there that night, were pleasant and funny, putting me at ease as I needed to make sure I was putting the keys in the correct place. The car was taken care of really well, and Phil was wonderful about the service. He asked if I wanted an oil change, since on his records I was due one. I told him no, I had had one at another place when I had it in over the winter..... When I got there Phil told me that the oil change was done anyway, but I was not charged for it! I'm so glad! Phil was very nice about this. I will always take my Toyota to this dealer. More
I bought 4 new tires from Boch in Nov. In Dec one tire went flat, they found a problem with my tire and gave me a new one for no cost. I continued to I have a lot of trouble with my tires. I have honestly never met such a helpful, competent service consultant. Bob was the one in the service center that was getting things done very quickly. His pace was impressive. It was obvious to me that he takes pride in doing a good job and assisting people in the most professional way. He went above and beyond for me. I think that so many people in the service industries today almost seem to resent customers. Bob was clearly doing the best job he could to make things right. The speaker Bob had ordered for me was mistakenly sold/used by another service person. Bob was clearly frustrated, but didn't spend anytime complaining. He got on the phone and made arrangements to get a new speaker for me, and he handled it the same day. How? I'm not sure. But it was a "miracle" of efficiency. I can't say enough about Bob. If I need service again, I will request Bob specifically. The others may be fine workers, but they all seemed to be working at a slower place. Bob was fast and excellent at his job.
