Disappointed I would not recommend Toyota for service inquiries. I was in there for a recall that took almost two months to repair. Unfortunately, when there is a I would not recommend Toyota for service inquiries. I was in there for a recall that took almost two months to repair. Unfortunately, when there is a recall the dealership is responsible for repairing it. Staff was inconsiderate and did not find my time precious. All said and done I got my vehicle back and now they are not covering a bill I was told would be covered. It's disappointing because I planned to buy my new car at Toyota but after this experience it leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. More

Although phone is answered, you never get connected to anthing but a message machine. The sases agent promices to call you back within one hour, and after 24 hours I am still waiting for a call back from him, or sales manager and finance manager. Also the fax number given does not work. What a terrible auto dealership! They should be out of business soon! More
I brought my car in for service. The service manager, Joe was so helpful and knowledgeable. I, not knowing a lot about cars, described the noise and problems I was having with my Toyota Corolla. He pat Joe was so helpful and knowledgeable. I, not knowing a lot about cars, described the noise and problems I was having with my Toyota Corolla. He patiencely listened and test drove the car with me to better understand what I was experiencing. After this and before any work was done, Joe reviewed what issues were found and gave me a breakdown of what the costs would be. I have never experience such wonderful service and will continue to bring my car to Boch! Thank you, Joe!!! More
Typical business by cheating customers. When you were trying to book a service, they would tell you free ride is available if you needed one. When you brought this up, they would find all reasons to tell trying to book a service, they would tell you free ride is available if you needed one. So forget about it, just another dirty trick like to persuade you to purchase a part that is not necessary. More
I took my car in for its 20,000 mile service checkup. I was greeted and warmly welcomed by Chuck Fassel, who checked me in. I had two special requests....one to vacuum my trunk, and the second to silence was greeted and warmly welcomed by Chuck Fassel, who checked me in. I had two special requests....one to vacuum my trunk, and the second to silence the "siren" on my car alarm which had been way too sensitive from day one. The routine work on my car was handled promptly within the estimated time, and my two requests were handled by Chuck himself. Thank you, Chuck. My last several cars have been purchased with the help of Sales Consultant, John McDaniel. I enjoy working with John. He is not pushy! He is friendly, helpful, and efficient. I was not buying a car today, but John spent some time with me while I awaited my service work to be completed. I was not surprised to learn that John has reached the SILVER Sales Society level in sales. He deserves this honor - for his hard work, and great service to his customers. More
I purchased a Toyota Avalon fron this dealership 2 yrs ago because of the sales staff.Very friendly,not pushy and easy to deal with.Sice then I've brought my car back every 5k miles for service. I bought a car 3 years ago from Boch. Over time, things break, it happens. My brakes had started to wear and were starting to be an issue. I took the car in and Don took care of me right away. It felt like as soon as he had any info he was right there to let me know. Corey as well. They explained everything that needed to be done in real english. While I was waiting my original salesman from 3 years ago walked by and remembered me. HE then went and checked on the car and let me know how it was going too. I know its hard to draw a line from A to B on theses things; but these guys just made sure when I need service or start looking for a new car that I'm going to stop in Boch Toyota. They are an asset to this dealership. More
had a problem yesterday with 2011 avalon,(key would not work in ignition, called AAA, land locksmith to no avail, then went to dealership and happened on to Mr McDaniel land he went with me in another car work in ignition, called AAA, land locksmith to no avail, then went to dealership and happened on to Mr McDaniel land he went with me in another car to avalon and tried to get kiey to work, but it would not and he contacted a tow company to come and get car back to dealership and theb he walked back to dealership about 1 mile on busy highway. 1 hour later car was towed to dealership and he was instrumental having car looked at (6;00 P>M> i think john went over and above as he was not saleman who sold me vehicle. william lane 508-641-8252 More
