Two recent bad services experiences the 1st one being after purchasing the vehicle and getting a complimentary oil change, they were unable to locate the keys which had been stuck in the drop slot for 1 after purchasing the vehicle and getting a complimentary oil change, they were unable to locate the keys which had been stuck in the drop slot for 10 hours. Only after I called to inquire about the status of my vehicle I was informed about the situation. Was advised that Chirs would contact me and he never did. Figured give them another chance. Took vehicle in for a tire issue, was advised that the tire could be plugged. Due to the fact that it is a hybrid and my understanding the wheels are somehow involved in the recharging process I was asked if I wanted a alignment, which I agreed too. The next day the tire was flat, due to distance from home to dealer and the fact that the spare tire has limited mileage and for safety I took it to a closer location. They said the plug failed and recommed a patch . (They said patch is abetter option) Not sure why this was not done to begin with. I spoke with the service advisor and requested a refund. I was told that he need to speak to his manager Chris. Chris contacted me on Monday agreed to refund the plug cost but not the alignment told me that they are in the business of giving the customer what they want the service advisor never told me that the alignment was not required nor did he ask any questions about how car was driving. I requested to speak with Chris supervisior Mike and when transferring the call he hung up . I am awaiting a call from Mike, This is the second bad service experience, More

Kevin was very friendly and professional! Whole experience went smoothly. My salesman Rick was GREAT as was Kevin! Tech who installed my accessories was lights out. You can write reviews and their reply will be "We have no history of this" "when did this happen???" But I forgot, I got offered $200 for my troubles. Wow, aren't I lucky (sarcasm). If you wind up on route 1 because Nucar/Boch didnt screw your tire on, DO NOT give them any opportunity to try and fix your vehicle and as I was told "make it up to you". File a police report and go through your insurance. That way their is traceability and everyone is held accountable. Do yourself a favor and move on and find other dealerships and service centers. Went to get a sticker for my car. Engine light was on. They quoted $179 to hook up to computer OBD and diagnose. What thieves. They have to hook to do the sticker anyways. Boch w Engine light was on. Do not buy any preowned vehicle from these people. I bought a 2018 Toyota Highlander last week and was told they would fix my trunk before they gave the sub to me. They did not fix it and they tried to say I have to pay $1,000 for them to fix it and that's suppose to be 50 percent off. They do not care and will sell you anything. This location should not be selling any cars. Also their service manage or assistant Chris is extremely rude. They never apologized once and told me they just sell as is suvs. As long as it passes safety they could care less. They were willing to trade me into a new suv and charge me more money like that's a deal. These people are just ridiculous. More

May 18, 2022: I worked with Service Director Carlos Rovira at Norwood Boch Toyota after Stanley Wong got my Toyota Yaris inspected for a problem with the air conditioning system not blowing cool air. I was shocked and frustrated at how much the repair would cost. I would not be able to meet the expense and was not looking forward to driving my car during the upcoming hot and humid summer without AC. Carlos Rovira gave me immediate attention. He was right on board with my problem, he never dismissed my comments, and he dealt with me directly and let me know he wanted to do for me whatever he could. He worked out a solution that was affordable for me, and he and Stanley Wong even offered me round trip transportation home while I waited for my AC to be serviced, which I did not take advantage of because the environment and customer lounge at Boch Toyota Norwood is excellent.
