Jerry helped us when we walked in and was great, helpful and responsive. The location as a whole felt a little disconnected but that wasn’t the worst part. The worst part of my experience was the finance lady who won’t let you get a word in, jacked up the interest rate between my walk from the floor and into her office, spoke to me like I was dumb, told me to get off my phone and generally just talked over me and was just awful. Because of that experience I will not be going back or referring anyone else to go back. P.S. I know you might of just been trying to relate to me but do not tell me when it’s time for marriage - absolutely not necessary. More

Poor Results as usual Arrived at dealership @ 7:45 , 2nd in line 8am app't. Had my Appointment sheet printed out and window part way down. GREETED by Roll the window dow Arrived at dealership @ 7:45 , 2nd in line 8am app't. Had my Appointment sheet printed out and window part way down. GREETED by Roll the window down can't speak through glass. I was trying to shield myself from him, I was also wearing mask. Got out signed paper went to waiting area. After about 45 mins I see my car outside... waited another 20 mins so decided to go ask ask what was up. Oh I'll get your paper work. Went to my car and left.. about 6 miles down rt 1 I looked up at my windshield to see sticker. Date was 10/7/2020 or 149,009 . Since I only had 21,221 miles didn't seem quite right. Turned around went back. Saw the Ser. Mgr. Oh he said we are real busy. So I said goodbye. This is the 3rd time in my 4 visits that they have screwed up the mileage recording twice on windshield and once on paperwork. On another previous visit I went for a remote starter installation, came and got me and saw i had a PM visit performed, Had to take it back into shop again. Needless to say I will never purchase another vehicle at Boch or ever return. More
