Is anyone working I tried calling Boch Toyota today and it took me 4 calls to finally have someone answer the phone. They told me they were short staffed but would have I tried calling Boch Toyota today and it took me 4 calls to finally have someone answer the phone. They told me they were short staffed but would have someone from the service dept call me today. I waited all day and no one returned my call. They are advertising their service all over TV but when it comes time to schedule an appointment, no one seems to care. Did every one get furloughed? More

Poor customer appreciation/service. "3% added to receipt when paying with card" only communicated to client when paying and not prior to service. They should let clients know about this new rule in advance when paying with card" only communicated to client when paying and not prior to service.
