Since purchasing my 2017 Camry from this dealership , I’ve always felt confident having my car serviced here. However, my last few visits have been exceeding long, even with an appointment. After waiti I’ve always felt confident having my car serviced here. However, my last few visits have been exceeding long, even with an appointment. After waiting 2 hrs for an inspection sticker, along with a battery check, I had to seek out my service writer for an update. Kevin was very pleasant and took me to the mechanic, who showed me my tire wear and, yes, I did need a new battery. So another 2 hrs was added to my wait! I realize that the pandemic has caused a void in staff; however, 4 hrs was too long without communication! Also, I was informed by the cashier , that a 3% additional charge would be added if I used a bank card or any card! My bill was over $1000, which would add another $30 +! Never happened before and certainly not good customer service! More
