Unhappy with the service. I was charged for a service that was not done. The Manager gave me attitude about it because I was unhappy with the service that he lied about. I asked for my money back and he that was not done. The Manager gave me attitude about it because I was unhappy with the service that he lied about. This time was a bit different due to the covid19 issues, but I was very, very impressed with everything done to keep us all safe and keep our cars running and still provided that excellent service they are known for! We brought the car in for a very serious issue. Call the service manager and had to leave message twice. We get lots of action when we buy cars very little and we have a serious problem. On the day we brought the car in for service, they kept the car for over five hours and ended up not even touching the car because of the unintended acceleration problem. More
