It was delivered to us a few days later to our driveway with all the window stickers still on it, dirty, not detailed and with no explanation of any bells or whistles and a failed inspection paper. Our car had to go back to the showroom again on 5/21 to be inspected. We recently brought the car for a oil change and tire rotation 8/15 and was told by our mechanic that the rear tires are not safe and we should not go out of town. We called and spoke to a Rep. at nucar and he said the tires ought be good for 6 months and that it is odd they are no good and unsafe. He was going to check with his sales manage and get back to us. Not able to wait we have had to get 2 tires so we can continue on our day to day activities with 2 daughters. I have called nucar 2 times today left a message in regards and no response yet. We have had a very poor experience since the very beginning the morning we walked into the show room. If it wasn't for my wife being so excited and happy for a new car I would have sent the car back at the time of delivery. We are very disappointed in the car buying we had at nucar. More
Absolutely the worst customer service wasting 5 hrs and $100 in gas after being told a vehicle was available on the lot, and went as far as scheduling an appointment and confirming the appt with the deal s $100 in gas after being told a vehicle was available on the lot, and went as far as scheduling an appointment and confirming the appt with the deal summary and written appt details. Also sent serval email Verifications , even the morning . Zero attempt to reach us until I saw an email while my husband was driving which came at 9:22 AM for a 10AM appt (we had to leave for at 7:30AM for 2.5 drive) Sent an email at 9:23 no text, they claimed a phone call, neither of us had a missed call nor was any voice mail left for either of us. The vehicle, they claim sold Saturday, they further claim there’s a 48 hr lag time after they mark them sold. If you know that make sure before you confirm availability and set up appts. The old bait and switch is more like it!!! Sorry really does not cut your lack of customer service and lack of communication . We should have been contacted at 8AM when you opened which would have spared us 4.5 hours more hrs of driving there for a sorry. In this age of internet everything , I do not believe there’s a 48 hr lag and if you know there is, then fix it before your rep confirms appt. I’ve blocked out the names because it’s not just one person responsible is dealership mgmt. the sales manager there sat in his office vs letting a young sales rep apologize , horrible mis management and horrible customer service. HORRIBLE! If you have the misfortune to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, be prepared to be treated as if you never made it past the 6th grade. It was ob If you have the misfortune to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, be prepared to be treated as if you never made it past the 6th grade. It was obvious from the first interaction with these people that they are absolutely full of dung. The finance flunke even spoke poorly of previous customers whom I gathered from his disparaging comments were less educated and financially stable than myself. I found this extremely off-putting and unnecessary. They repeatedly tout transparency, but honestly, the only thing transparent about this pack of mangy wolves is their bad acting skills. Just be prepared-no matter what they lead you to believe in the beginning, there will be added charges in the end that they have failed to disclose. These people are definitely not the charming, small town folk that they initially present, but just your basic, run of the mill slimeballs. Internet review sites such as these are a great tool to share their dirty little secrets with other consumers. Thank goodness for that! More

i bought a Dodge Neon 03 from this dealership two months ago. They assured me that the car had ben throughly looked over and detailed. The interrior of the car had not ben vaccumed or cleaned at all when i ago. They assured me that the car had ben throughly looked over and detailed. The interrior of the car had not ben vaccumed or cleaned at all when i got in. There were dead bees and flys on the dash board and the black seats were stained with a mysterious white substance (yuck). A week after i had the car it over heated and there was a coolant leek. I took the 2hr drive up to the dearlship and they "fixed" the problem. Three days later the car overheated again and i returned to Autonorth to find out it needed a new water pump, which they had conveniently missed the last time. I had to pay $100 for that repair. Three weeks after that the car overheated yet again so i took it to my mechanic whom i trust. Come to find out there was a head gasket leak and oil was leaking into my coolant and radiator. I had a 3 month 3,000 mile warrenty and my car had 3,526 miles on it since i bought it. Even though the problem occured during my warrenty and my mechanic said it had ben there since i bought it and there was no way Autonorth didn't know about it, Autonorth said there was nothing they could do. I bought the car for 5,000 a headgasket repair costs $1,500.00. No wonder they were so eagar to sell it. Very disapointing. More
