WORST SERVICE EVER Had horrible experience the car was running fine when I brought it for service went to pick it up and it would not start I told advisor It either need Had horrible experience the car was running fine when I brought it for service went to pick it up and it would not start I told advisor It either need a new battery or there is an electrical issue and the service adviser calls me at work saying I need 7500 to fix the car saying it might be the batter or alternator so they can just do both ? The service advisor told me to fix it but when I went to pick it up I spoke to George rizkalla and he told me the car was a total loss and they could offer me a deal if I was to buy a new car from them? I had the car jumped and got a new battery that is what the problem was ! I just don’t know how going in for service can turn into such a crap show this has been the worst experience ever !!! Ohh and on top of everything they tried charging me 250 dollars to tell me ya we don’t know might be the battery ! I complained and they charged me 125 it should have been free after All the hassle More
Misled I was told my service was for only front roters and brakes and would total about $650. I arrived to a $1,100+ bill. This is a lease with two months left and only 27,000 miles. I'm very disappointed over all in quality and being misled into a huge bill to have to car for 60 more days. More
