Service on my juke Met Jesus as i walked in the door, very welcoming with a big smile. He explained everything they were doing, and introduced me to the mechanic. The waiting area was extremely comfortable and clean. After a short time Jesus came out to let me know my car was done before the estimated time. He explained the future services my car will need, oil changes, transmission flush ect.... Very much enjoyed going here for service and Jesus is a great representation of boch nissan More

Problem not solved after multiply visits to dealership. I have brought my 2017 pathfinder in first radio issues and rear lift gate issues. The radio gas been replaced twice, and updated twice. Seems to be I have brought my 2017 pathfinder in first radio issues and rear lift gate issues. The radio gas been replaced twice, and updated twice. Seems to be OK so far since this last visit. However the rear liftgate, after a reset, still won't open. I recontacted my service tech on Monday (June 17) and I am still waiting for a call back. Terrible service and a lemon of a car. More than disappointed in Nissan and the lack of fixing my minor issues. More

Was very disappointing Last year I rolled into that service center and got probably the best service anywhere in a long time. This year and I said to the service adviser was horrible. For diagnostic and coolant 3 to 3.5 hour wait was unacceptable. I’m sorry I hate giving bad reviews. More
