Service for Airconditioner I came in because my A.C. was blowing warm air. I was charged 161.45 for labor to recharge my A.C. The turn around was excellent. My bill was 211.70 for less than one hour of service...I feel the dignostic rate of 135.00 was exorbitant. Of course, when I read the bill at my house it was actually 161.45. I have been a loyal customer since I bought my car in 2016 but I am not sure I will return for service More

Buyer Beware On a Sunday morning, my 2017 Nissan Rogue broke down on the highway. I called Nissan Roadside assistance and was told someone would be out to tow me On a Sunday morning, my 2017 Nissan Rogue broke down on the highway. I called Nissan Roadside assistance and was told someone would be out to tow me within 60-90 minutes. I was also told I would not be able to get a loaner from the dealership, due to the fact it was a Sunday and “service” was closed. I was told could rent a vehicle and file a claim for reimbursement. After waiting over 2.5 hours with nobody arriving, I was told by Nissan Roadside Assistance that they were having trouble getting somebody to come out before “church was over”. At this point I was left with no choice other than to call AAA, join on the spot and have them send a tow. Their tow arrived in under 20 minutes. My vehicle was towed to Boch Nissan in Norwood, the same dealership I bought the vehicle at. Service was provided the following day, Monday June 17th. Upon picking up my vehicle my Sales Rep asked me to speak with George, the Finance guy because I had questions about the extended warranty plan I purchased. George was extremely arrogant; he told me theres no way I paid $3000 for the plan, because nobody pays that….funny, it clearly states it on my paperwork I had in hand. He then goes on to tell me that I would have been “better off breaking down on any other day than a Sunday”, and I would have had a better experience. I asked him where it states people shouldn’t break down on Sundays. He told me to leave and come back when I was less angry! Seriously!! I can’t make this stuff up! I called the GM, George Rizkalla and left a couple voicemails – no return call has been received. It’s been almost a month. This is my 5th Nissan vehicle. I have always been pleased with Nissan up until this point. The way this situation was handled was unprofessional and disappointing to say the least. I would expect since I am paying $3000.00 for the 24/7 roadside assistance via Nissan extended services, I would have received such service. That clearly was not the case. I expected to be fully reimbursed for all out of pocket expenses I incurred because of this (tow & rental totaling $309) – Nissan denied the claim. I was told they would have approved it IF I was 100 miles or more away from home! More

The level of transparency and professionalism is unmatched at any other Nissan I have been to for Service. Routine Maintenance that took 4 hours!! I visited Boch Nissan Saturday morning for a scheduled 5k maintenance, oil change and warranty repair of a sensor. It took 4!!! The service advisor apologized profusely but only after I inquired about why it was taking so long. I was never offered an explanation as to why and when he handed me my paperwork it was recorded that it was closed out an hour before I was called to pay for my vehicle. My 7 month old son and I played, he ate his lunch, we played in the playroom, practiced crawling, he took a nap, and the car still wasn’t done. This is not the first time this has happened. The last time I dropped my car off at 8:30am and called down at 5:30pm to see if my car was ready and it wasnt. They needed to order a part, never called me to tell me, I would have had to Uber to pick up my car if I hadn’t called because they forgot. Very poor customer service. I don’t even understand, it wasn’t all that busy either time. More

This was my first time dealing with him. What a blessing and asset he is. He gave me immediate attention, was thorough, knowledgeable and polite. He was right on about the time it would take. He treated me as if i was a beloved family member and that he loves what he does helping others. Again, what a blessing and an asset. I look forward to dealing with him on all my visits.
