I made an appointment online for an oil change but when I got there and told him I made an appointment, he still had me fill out all my information and asked me what I was there for which I thought was very got there and told him I made an appointment, he still had me fill out all my information and asked me what I was there for which I thought was very weird and inconvenient seeing as I already did that online... When i came to pick up my car i told him i was there for pick up and he told me to go wait in the other room and he would be right with me. I waited there for about 30 mins just for someone to check me out and to take my car. When I got into my car I noticed the garage door directly in front of my car was closed so I had no way of getting out. I had to find the advisor and ask him to open it so I could get out. When I turned my car on I also noticed the service department had not reset my oil change timer so I still had an oil change light on my dashboard. I know how to reset it so it’s fine, I just think that would have been a nice customer service thing to do. More
Service is always great. That’s why I skip the 9 Nissan dealers closer to me. However it was upsetting traveling from the vineyard getting an early boat to make a 10am appointment then getting a call at 9: dealers closer to me. They told me they would do what they could. I let them know I had a 1:15 return trip. We left the dealership just after 1. In the future I will consider closer options. I live in edgartown same as the owner. I like dealing with familiar businesses. Obviously you knew about the renovations prior to my arrival. In the future don’t overbook your space. My service lead, Marvin, was AMAZING! I was about to put my Cube on the road for a long trip, and he made sure everything was in order. Horrible customer service. You explain what's wrong and they set up the appointment then conveniently forget to tell you things like, it cost $135 just to look at your car. Then they proceeded to have a " I don't care" attitude. The service manager is unprofessional and he managed to get a frustrated customer angry instead of happy. Boch Nissan Norwood is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with and I upgrade my cars every 3-4 years. I will never buy from Boch again. Their name is tarnished by the Norwood branch. From sales to service they have no sense of communication or commitment. I'm still waiting for the general manager to call me after leaving a message asking him to. Horrible. Stay away. I only learned AFTER I signed the dotted line. More
