Brought in the vehicle on a Friday for service. Multiple parts were ordered that were defective or the wrong part, fibally the correct part arrived 6 days later, and we were able to get our car back. Commu parts were ordered that were defective or the wrong part, fibally the correct part arrived 6 days later, and we were able to get our car back. Communication was non existent and I needed to call each day to get an update. Car was finally fixed and a discount was offered only after I asked due to the lengthy timeframe for what should have been completed in 1 day. More

Wonderful work and exceptional customer service. The check in and check out process was FLAWLESS! I also appreciates their attention, such as calling to keep me updated/posted about my car work status. check in and check out process was FLAWLESS! Also, all agents throughout the whole process, from calling/scheduling/confirming/greeting, checking in, dropping off, and pick up were extremely professional, friendly and understanding, especially when I asked or had a question. Lastly, what stood out the most was the information shared about my car’s current health and suggested services available to address them. However, due to experiencing limited/financial hardships/challenges, I decline. They respected my choice and did not continue about the matter. I really appreciate it, for it would have triggered me, as it would just remind me of the unhappiness I am experiencing about the matter. So THANK YOU very very very much for this. Also on a side note, as someone who is part of the high risk group of contacting/dying from corona virus, I experience daily anxiety and worry about going out, people and all settings.
