They misdiagnosed the problem initially. After picking up our car we noticed the steering wheel was not re-installed correctly, the wheel was put on crooked. We returned the car to find out they had missed our car we noticed the steering wheel was not re-installed correctly, the wheel was put on crooked. We returned the car to find out they had missed a bent steering rack issue. This was concerning since they noted in the original vehicle report the steering was reviewed and no issues were found. This meant we had to spend additional money to have the steering rack replaced and we feel the original work which had already been paid for was not necessary. Communication was poor throughout the entire process. We will not be returning for any future work and will avoid Boch dealerships when purchasing a new car. Very disappointed. More

Such a friendly atmosphere and the staff make sure to treat you well. I was able to sit with my newborn in a relaxed area while my car was worked on. This service I paid for and expected on June 25 2020. This is a return visit. If I could give you zero stars I would. Upon my arrival I asked to speak to the service manager I was told he was in the a meeting and at the time of my departure I was told that he was unavailable. I have not heard from Nissan. On June 22,2020, called Boch Nissan service department and spoke to David about setting up an appointment to have my rims resurface and my door Lock on the driver side repaired because it was not working. It was originally made for Monday, June 29, 2020. Within minutes I received a call back from this David stating that my appointment was for Thursday, June 25, 2020. I said that that would be OK as long as I could after work performed on my car. I came in on the 25th and met with rich Rivera, service manager and the information on why I was coming in was not in the system. While I was there I also requested that I have my inspections sticker done. I received a call in the afternoon from Matt stating that my car was ready upon my arrival the car was not ready and I had to wait an additional time. I am now realizing that the inspection sticker was never done. More

Had to bring my car in for a recall. My son brought car in for me and they took his key and told him to sit in waiting room. He checked 2 times and was told I think it’s done we just have to do paperwork. in for me and they took his key and told him to sit in waiting room. So he left. I called and spoke to Rich. He was great! Apologized and asked me if I could bring car the next day. So I did and asked for him. He got car right in and we were out of there in 1.5 hours. Thanks to Rich our experience turned out fine. More
