My overall rating of this service center was excellent. Another person who I dealt with was exceptional also. Her name is Bella and she was the person who sold me the car in Jan/31/2018. She was not pushy and took an interest in me as a customer. I dealt with another employee before dealing with Bella and did not get any attention. But as I was going out the door I bumped into Bella and she helped me right away. She was very kind and knowledgeable and took time to explain everything also. She was exceptional also. My overall rating of this sales service was exceptional. More
Poor Management Customer Service I had my vehicle in for a recall , oil change and brakes, I was given a rental vehicle . Very nice. On Monday I found out my windshield wipers were no I had my vehicle in for a recall , oil change and brakes, I was given a rental vehicle . Very nice. On Monday I found out my windshield wipers were not working , for they were working when I took the vehicle in for service. Being a little irritated, I called the Service Manager Dan Hut, left a message and still not received a call back, I see where his loyalty to customer service lies; 1 star service. I did make an appointment and one of the young men took care of me. To find out it was a connection that was fully put back together. I think you need to rethink your Customer Sevice Manager, he so disrespectful for not even giving it a thought to return my call. More

quick service pleasantly surprised with quick fix on Drivers side wiper arm that was disconnected and it was absolutely pouring out. 60 point inspection try no inspection We brought my son's car in for the 60 point service inspection.was told it was done and everything was good but brake pads where starting to show some We brought my son's car in for the 60 point service inspection.was told it was done and everything was good but brake pads where starting to show some wear a yellow signal was given not green not red. One weak later. The battery was dead car wouldn't start ,had it towed back to Nissan and was told battery needed to be replaced , wiper blades needed to be replaced ,filters needed to be replaced and brake pads and routers needed replacing .how could this be I said when I had it in to be inspected the week before ( 300 miles ) and everything was great ( green light ) then. Very disappointing. More

I am buying a rear bumper step for my titan xd sl from Boch. I spent numerous hours on the internet looking for items for my 2017 Titan. I spoke with Paul in parts this morning.
