Very slow service I made an appointment for an oil change and inspection sticker. Thought I would be out of there pretty quickly but unfortunately not. 2.5 hours later I made an appointment for an oil change and inspection sticker. Thought I would be out of there pretty quickly but unfortunately not. 2.5 hours later and I’m still sitting there, I can see my work truck through the service window and nobody is working on it. Very frustrating. Long story short they could not give me an inspection sticker without replacing a cracked brake light for $289. I left and pulled into another garage 2 min away and they had no issues with anything and I was out of there in less than 15 min with my new inspection sticker. More

I was not pleased with the lack of care taken on a new vehicle and am still finding new finger dirt marks on the cloth material in the a pillar not impressed with the lack of care for a vehicle and how it was returned to me. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing Boch is the worst car dealership I have ever had to deal with. No one know what’s going on and apparently they don’t have a computer system to record Boch is the worst car dealership I have ever had to deal with. No one know what’s going on and apparently they don’t have a computer system to record previous calls or maintenance appointments. It’s like Groundhog Day every time I deal with them. A 3-4 hour Saturday appointment was turned into a “can you pick it up on Monday” situation with no offer of a loaner. When I asked about a loaner I was told I would have to pay for it. When I asked to speak to a manager my car was suddenly fixed after 8 hours. I will never work with Boch again once this lease is up. More

The car was ready in one and a half hours, which seemed reasonable. The previous time I was in for service I suggested that the waiting area have fruit, and this time there were apples and bananas. Complimentary bottled water would be nice. There is no complimentary car wash, which is a deficit. Also, the front seat floor and mat were not vacuumed, which would also be a plus. More
Not fair recommendations and very expensive For simple issue they charged me 125 for diagnosis and not much worked just heated up my car 30 mins and made me wait 3 hours. Top to that they are trying to feel me to change door actuator and it 583 which is not even close to outsiders estimates and it is not even required. I am having relationship with them last 3 times but now only found this nd wasted Lot of money by completely believe, lost trust not believable. Sorry never come again More
