Poor Service I specifically brought my car in with a heating issue, the service technicians acted disinterested and I had to repeat myself several times; which was I specifically brought my car in with a heating issue, the service technicians acted disinterested and I had to repeat myself several times; which was not appreciated. Marvin took over my service on Wednesday, and wasn’t given the report from Tuesday evening from the person who wrote up the service ticket. I felt like I was being treated as a “dumb female “, but in fact I have a masters in science and I thoroughly understand gas laws. I believe I have a crack in one of the lines and coolant is leaking. The issue is still not resolved, my car is blowing cold air. I was not satisfied with the brush off Dan the service manager gave me either. My car should have been kept and further diagnostics should have been performed. More

Financial tried to add 4000 dollars to my final balance After they tried to add 4000 dollars to my final balance to my car with out my permission they still ended up slipping in a extra 500 dollars they fir After they tried to add 4000 dollars to my final balance to my car with out my permission they still ended up slipping in a extra 500 dollars they first came back and said we forgot to add 500 for dealer fees then when everything was all set and done they added the 500 plus another 500 to the agreed payments I’m planning on going on social media and expressing my experience my boy is graduating from marketing and he is going to help me tell others my experience unless you want to fix the problem then I will have no other choice I don’t blame this on my car salesmen it was finance my car salesman was a really nice guy if you want to discuss fixing this before my boy helps me I will wait 2 weeks More

The service advisor, Marvin, was polite and well informed a Brought 2008 Nissan in on a Saturday at 11 am for state inspection sticker and oil change. The service advisor, Marvin, was polite and well informed about answering any questions I had regarding the recommended services and costs. The additional services that were performed were mostly maintenance, not contingent on passing inspection and there was no pressure on having the maintenance work done that same day. It took about 6 hours all total. The pricing was fair, consistent with what we have paid in the past for similar work. So far the car is running fine. More
