Disappointed I was extremely disappointed in Boch Nissan. They were unprofessional, disorganized, rude, disrespectful and extremely frustrating. I went there due to a transmission issue and was told it would be handled through Nissan within 6 days. This was my second visit. The machanic came in the car saw the car jerking and video taped it. They went through the process. Did not hear back from them. Had to call multiple times. Finally I was told there’s nothing they could do. Called corporate and was told it would be taken care of. This was a lie as well. I had purchased an extended warranty and did not care who took care of the issue, but just wanted it fixed. They told me it HAD to be sent to Nissan first. They still would not send it to my extended warranty. My wife and son drive this care and it’s dangerous. The manager did nothing to help. We were told by Matt that if corporate says nothing is wrong even if there is then they basically have to lie to the client and say nothing is wrong. We are still dealing with this nightmare. When my wife came to get her car and asked where the car was the service reseptionist is a female and she was so unbelievable rude my wife was stunned and could not believe it. I would NEVER buy a car from Boch Nissan in Norwood. the service is the most unprofessional people I have ever met. More

Sensor issue Marvin, the service advisor was great however I was not pleased with the work that was done. This visit was no different as when I arrived the service provider argued with me about obtaining a rental that was set up by Nissan North America in advance . Visits to this location are consistently frustrating . I also find it generally concerning that the paperwork they provided me indicates over 1000.00 worth of work needing to be done without any explanation. More
