They clearly could care less about their customers Stopped in to see if they could do an oil change, was told the bay was empty and they could do it right away. In spite of their being three service pe Stopped in to see if they could do an oil change, was told the bay was empty and they could do it right away. In spite of their being three service people on the desk I had to wait ten minutes just to check in, one gentleman was on the phone, one was wandering around and the last needed to finish paperwork which took ten minutes. Finally I get checked in. I go sit in the waiting area. I wait almost 90 minutes for an oil change that shouldn’t have taken more than 30 minutes to complete. I can see my car in the garage and that no one is working on it. I am told it is not ready yet... then it is gone from the service area but still no one tells me it is ready. I go back to the service desk to speak to the gentleman who checked me in, he is busy with another customer. The other two gentleman never ask if they can help me. I am ignored by them. Finally the man who checked me in gets to me. Before I can ask about my car one of the other service men tells him to take a call from a customer. That serviceman is just eating potato chips, but he can neither help me nor deal with the phone call. So I who am standing there must once again be ignored for a customer who is on the phone. Why should a call on the phone cause me to be ignored? I have used this dealership for the last four years since I moved to this area but I will never use them again. Then my car was not washed although you brag that your service includes a car wash. More

Routine maintenance David Pardi is number one in my book. He took great care of me. Even went the extra mile -when I showed him the little scratches near the door handle, David Pardi is number one in my book. He took great care of me. Even went the extra mile -when I showed him the little scratches near the door handle, he ran in and got some compound and rubbed them out. He also helped to save me some money on the service I needed. David is the only one I will call whenever I need service. He gets a 10+++++. And of course, Elliot Miller, my salesman, is always a pleasure to speak with. Had a few questions about what to do when the lease is up and he told me to call him and he'd take care of everything. Love my Rogue, Boch Nissan and David and Elliot are the BEST!!! More

They washed the truck for free but they left a lot of dirty spots that now really stand out. I'll have it washed somewhere else next week. More
