Oil change Very angry about time to get done and out. After 2 other people came and went for same oil change sfter me, tracked down service clerk. Said need 5 more minutes to write up slip thst was sitting on desk. Sought her out again after waiting and she finished, walked me to empty cashier's desk and left me for another 15 minutes until i sought out 3 other employees just to pay the bill and leave. Finally another service clerk came and csshed me out. Seriously? 2 hours for oil change and empty service area not busy? Very frustrating. Usually very good but this visit was awful. More
Kept adding more and more! I would not recommend going to Boch Nissan South for service. After being a customer for 3 years, I am leaving. My wife and I lease a car from them and also always used them for service. I was ok paying a bit more thinking I could trust them. After a recent incident, my trust is gone. Long story short, my car went in for service and they found a small oil leak. They quoted me $700 and I said ok. After over a week, the bill ballooned to $3,500. It kept increasing and I felt I had no recourse because my car was in pieces. It was always a bit more every time they called. If I had thought it was going to go over $1,000 I would have shopped around, but by hooking me and reeling me in, Boch left me no choice. On top of this, every time I spoke to a representative, it didn't seem like a big deal to them. They did not return my calls, did not send me estimates or an invoice when asked and were overall disinterested. After it was all done, I voiced my concerns to their customer service and survey to give them a chance to respond and did not receive any answer. Again, not concerned about their customer. I will not be returning and I would recommend you to find a different dealer and service center. More

Was my oil even changed? I had a 1:00 appointment and waited for over 2 hours for an oil change. A guy roaming around holding my keys asked me if I was there for an inspectio I had a 1:00 appointment and waited for over 2 hours for an oil change. A guy roaming around holding my keys asked me if I was there for an inspection sticker. I said no but those are my keys. He handed me the keys and told me my car was in the parking lot. To tell the truth I’m not even sure the oil was changed. No one talked to me and I signed or paid nothing. I just left. It was a horrible experience. NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER. More

Loved the service from your exceptional staff! I drove in, Jason Simion (?) came right out. I needed oil change and tire rotation. He said it should be about 45 minutes which was great, since I only called 15 minutes before! Sat in the coffee area and Sandra came over and we talked for a while. She is so pleasant and upbeat. She remembered me from last year when she brought me home when my car was left for service. Really a wonderful person that I got to know better. So thanks! More
Brought vehicle in 3 times within 2 weeks for issue Brought car in for airbag/seatbelt issue on dash. Told them i couldnt leave the car over because i had no other transportation. They never called with an update that night so i called them to find out they were still diagnosing my car. The next day same thing, no call so we called at 5pm for an update and said i would need a rental if was going to be any longer. The car rental was already closed so had to wait yet another day to get a rental car. Get a call back that they supposedly fixed issue and found a leak under hood. Come to find out was old residue from something, no leak. They did an update for airbag and assured us they thought it was taken care of but said call if the light comes back on. Took car home within 3 days light reappeared again. Called and brought car back in Thursday when i was told. Only to have to come back because the car rental guy was on break. (They knew i needed a rental and said to come anytime before 430, i came in at 2). After coming back, had to then wait 45 minutes for them to get a car cleaned and ready for me, which should have already been done. I get a call 2 days later that my car is one again fixed. This time they changed module in dash. To only get there and the seatbelt lights are still on and the airbag light is flashing this time. My husband and i brought the car right back and drive around with the service supervisor to show him the flashing lights. He took a video of it happening. When we arrived back at the dealership we started hearing a ticking/ banging noise under the hood, which we've never heard before. He also agreed it was not a normal noise and was to look into it. We left the car once again for repair. They replaced passenger seat cushion this time and fuel damper. Thankfully the car is under warranty so did not have to pay for the airbag light issues but did have to pay our $100 deductible for the fuel damper to be replaced which is crazy seeing as the parts only equal $85.07 and the $455.00 labor. After the run around we have been through for this i don't think we should have had to pay anything especially since the car only had the airbag issue when it was brought here in the 1st place. We will not be bringing our car back to this location for any further repairs. More
