Has gone downhill I have been going to this establishment for 7 yrs after having bought my truck here when it was called Nissan World. Since it was became Boch Nissan I have been going to this establishment for 7 yrs after having bought my truck here when it was called Nissan World. Since it was became Boch Nissan it has gone steadily downhill. They have got rid of all the old employees except one. Even the personnel originally brought in by Boch have changed on every visit. My most recent and final visit to this facility was on 3/6/19. I went in for an oil change and a quote on new tires. The oil change went quickly and I received the quote. When asked how long of a lead time they needed to order the tires, I was told 1day. On 3/8/19 I contacted the service rep Dave by text and asked if he would order the tires as I would be there first thing on 3/11/19, he said ok. I arrived at 7:30 am on 3/11/19 to be informed by Dave that the tires would arrive on the 10 am delivery. He offered a loaner vehicle which I turned down as I work nights and would be going to bed soon and not getting up until after they closed. I informed him I would be back on 3/13/19 at 7:30 am. I arrived at 7:30 am on 3/13/19 and signed the work order and proceeded to waiting area. After approximately 25 mins Dave came in and politely informed me the tires weren’t actually there but would be arriving an 1 hour from Taunton. My reply was “just like they would be on the 10am delivery on 3/11/19?”. His reply was that he orders thousands of parts every week and that I can’t expect him to keep track of each and every one of them. He again adamantly offered a loaner vehicle which again I refused for previous stated reason. I informed him to call me and leave a message when the tires arrive and I would be in the next day. I got up for work at 7 pm that night and there was no message so obviously the tires had not arrived in 1hour from Taunton. I went online and ordered tires from another retailer with an appointment for 3/18/19 in which I received my tires from that retailer. in summary I will not go back to this place for any reason as the quality of customer service has gone steadily downhill since it became Boch Nissan. More
Work was done while I waited and people were very attentive Feel comfortable there and always feel I am getting great service from experts and from people that care. Simply the Best I always receive A+ service every time Boch services my car. As long as I own a Nissan, Boch will be the only dealership to receive my business. Rude Service managers I brought my car in for an oil change and was informed that Nissan recommends Synthetic oil in my car. I informed the Service Manager (SM) that I onl I brought my car in for an oil change and was informed that Nissan recommends Synthetic oil in my car. I informed the Service Manager (SM) that I only wanted Conventional oil. The SM said I had to use the Synthetic. I said I wanted the Conventional and to check all my previous oil changes to see that's what they had been using previously. The insisted that I had to use Synthetic. I said Nissan only recommends Synthetic, it's not mandatory. One of the other SMs chimed in "well if you want to play word games". I said put in the Conventional oil or I'm leaving. They then agreed to use the Conventional oil which they have used for the past 4 oil changes. I understand that the make more money when the sell the Synthetic oil, but they have no business bullying customers. Don't let these Service Managers bully you into using Synthetic oil that is only recommended if you don't want it. If the above was not bad enough, it took over an hour for a simple oil change. :( More
