Car was not running great had misfires Dropped car off running, they “worked” on my car and then got a call that it wouldn’t start anymore. Had to pay for new parts to get running again. They called me 2 weeks later and said the car is all set. I asked if my car was running good before I left my house to go pick up my car, they answered yet it runs good. I get there and my pay bill which was $3500. Go to my car and it’s now running way worse then it did when I dropped it off. Now I’m stuck with a car that I can’t drive and I’m out of money to fix my car. Thanks to this dealership absolutely screwing me over and now I can’t afford to fix it and can’t afford to get a new car. Thanks again Nissan for ruining this for me. Not sure what I’m suppose to do now. Worst dealership experience I have ever had yet. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I will give more reviews about this dealership on other websites. I should have cancelled my bill because I now have a car that is way worse then when I dropped it off. More

Great Service I recently bought a new vehicle from elsewhere so imagine my surprise when the engine light came on a mere 3 weeks after I bought it. Obv unhappy abo I recently bought a new vehicle from elsewhere so imagine my surprise when the engine light came on a mere 3 weeks after I bought it. Obv unhappy about it, the dealership I bought it from and Nissan both helped me tremendously from start to finish. I was covered with a rental vehicle, Nissan accommodated my busy schedule and within one day, they went through the car with a fine toothed comb... incl repairing the recalls that were associated with the vehicle. They drove my car to the other dealership who provided the rental car so I wouldn't have to make multiple stops. I didn't get the names of those I dealt with but they were very helpful. More

Poor service and condescending comments Your dealership up and down from sales to service are a bunch of crooks. You sold me a warranty that says covers everything and obviously doesn’t. I went in there to have my sunroof covered under the warranty. The tech said they would know in one hour and 3 1/2 hours later I had to ask the status. He said Zürich does not cover parts. I clearly show the tech the part that was defective. Zürich told me that any tech should know that no parts are covered on the warranty. So therefore you nickel and dimes me for the $130 diagnostic fee. And then the tech David Pari has the audacity to speak to me in a condescending tone saying that I didn’t listen to him previously about other repairs and that is why I am mad. And he has the audacity when I drop the car off to make fun of me saying you get what you pay for regarding my cheaper tires. You people have no idea the personal financial situation of your customers. And if your attitude there is to speak in a condescending tone then not a problem you’ll never have me as a customer again and I will be very vocal about it. More

They get the job done. I was able to bring my car in for maintenance and diagnostic check.
