My first response was me simply reaching out to you to have a conversation rather than a written response. I work in the Sales department and could see that you was upset with how things went in the Service Department. I was looking to speak with you to see if there was anything I could do, even if it was to get some clarity on what happened. I can assure you we work hard to help our customer's and do anything possible to earn their business. With that said, the Extended Service Contract you purchased was from Nissan Village, not our company. In your particular case, if the Zurich Extended Service contract you purchased from Nissan Village covered the problem then we would NOT have charged you the diagnostic fee! I understand your upset because the part is not covered however, we are not crooks. We are human though, we make mistakes and when we do we work hard to correct them! I can assure you I will be speaking with Lee, our service director and together we will have a conversation with David regarding your experience. If I was in your shoes and a part was not covered I would be upset as well. I think you should try reaching out to the Village Automotive group and see if there is anything they can do to help considering they sold you the Zurich product.
