Laura was great and took all my concerns seriously. Laura listened to my concerns and addressed each one when corresponding with me on evaluation and plan of action. She was so friendly and made me feel like she cared about me and getting me my car back with all issues covered. A calibration machine was down but she promised to call as soon as it was back up to get the check engine light off. I have purchased many cars from this Nissan location and have always been pleased with service area. Unfortunately can’t say the same with salesguy who sold me 2 of my cars. More

Boch Nissan cannot be trusted with a $2.99 item! My husband brought our 2015 Rogue in for a simple oil change and AC check, since the AC was not behaving properly. This car is treated with TLC and on My husband brought our 2015 Rogue in for a simple oil change and AC check, since the AC was not behaving properly. This car is treated with TLC and only has 20,000 miles! We are told the AC compressor needs replacing, the shocks need replacing, and there is a part that needs replacing on the transmission. A car with only 20,000 miles should not need ANY major work! We were offered an after market compressor with a 1 yr. warranty, and new shocks with a one year warranty. The transmission was covered under warranty still. We had the transmission work done. We had our own mechanic do the rest of the work, for over $400 less than Nissan quoted us with all new parts. The shocks are lifetime warranty and the AC compressor is a 3 yr. warranty. Suddenly our driveway is getting destroyed by leaks. We took it back to Nissan, where it is discovered that the brand new transmission part is faulty and leaking. ALL OVER MY DRIVEWAY. They replace the part. While the car was with Boch Nissan, someone took it upon themselves to remove my rear license plate holder and replace it with a Boch plate holder. This is only a few dollars, but it was a vanity plate holder that was sent to me by my sister, who lives far from me. We only get to visit every few years. My sister purchased something she knew I would enjoy. What right does anyone at Boch Nissan have to take my personal property, and force me to advertise for them?????? The monetary value is not important, this was MY. PERSONAL. PROPERTY, and now it is gone. So, to summarize, we brought in a fairly new car, with very low mileage, and an air conditioner that was not working, and had no leaks. We have to spend over $1000 dollars to fix shocks and replace a compressor, on a car with only 20,000 miles, and get a car back that leaks all over our driveway. As a special treat, my personal property gets stolen from off my car, and replaced with a self serving advertisement. I have bought 2 Toyota Camrys at Boch in the past, but this experience has soured me on the company. I will NEVER buy a Nissan again, since 20,000 miles seems to be the extent of it's reliability. My family has owned 3 Hyundai cars in the past, which were very reliable and still on the road. I will stick with that dealer, and use the Toyota dealer closer to home More
