After only having my car I purchased a few days I noticed som The service department is the only reason I give this car dealership a five star review. After only having my car I purchased a few days I noticed some problems that needed to be addressed right away. My husband and I went in and talked to David and he was nothing but helpful, friendly and understanding to our frustrations. He made sure we got the car in the next day and took care of everything plus some. I just want to thank him for his excellent customer service and for bringing a positive light to this not so great car buying experience. I didn’t plan on coming back here for service but definitely will now. More

After a very short wait the service writer takes your vehicle information and gives the recommendation for service… an estimated cost…. And how long of a wait it will be…. There have never been any surprises with estimates being higher than quoted... In the wait time is always less then stated… friendly, courteous customer service at all times….costs are on the high side of competitive when compared to the competition..but not a deterrent...5 stars from this customer!
