Poor begining Everything about my service call visit was great except for when I arrived. When I pulled into the service area there were a couple cars but not enoug Everything about my service call visit was great except for when I arrived. When I pulled into the service area there were a couple cars but not enough room for my car. Eventually someone came out and moved the car in front of me but she never acknowledged me in any way. Instead she went to another car that pulled in after I did and took their info. And still never acknowledged me. Meanwhile I was standing next to my car waiting. No one else from service greeted me. Finally she came to what and simply said what are you here for today? Not even a hello or sorry for the wait More

Service christina great. When I called to make an appt for a regular service appt, I asked if a part I was waiting for was in stock.
