Overall good but disappointed this time. The actual fixes are done well, but we've noticed the customer service and communication decline with each new owner of this location. Stood in bay and at service desk for quite some time while busy people typed away right in front of me. No acknowledgement, or saying how long they would be. We've been coming here for over 20 years and know many employees by name. After employee finally brought up our info, they actually asked if we had ever brought the car in for service before. Computer on the fritz we were told. We are regulars. Boch has a great location, convenient, easy to and from highway. They have a great opportunity to up the quality of their customer care to rival their competitors and match the quality of their fixes. They used to wash the car too, but haven't seen that lately. I hope this helps and know we may have visited on an off day. Still go here. Dealerships are people. People are imperfect. If it was a persistent problem, this would be a much different review. More
2 1/2 hrs. for an oil change & tire rotation was too long I was told an hour it took 1 1/2 hours longer or 2 1/2 total time. I was not informed of the delay then told they were busy. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE I received a recall on my automobile and came in for service on 10/5/19. I was welcomed by Laura Lariviere in customer service. She explained the process to me and gave me time frame when the car would be worked on, and also when it would be completed. She was extremely thorough and professional the entire time I was there. She welcomed me to have something to eat and drink during the wait. After completion, she explained the recall notice in detail to me and I felt extremely satisfied with my visit at Boch Nissan South and Laura Lariviere. Thank you for the professional service Laura. They wanted to charge $130 per issue just to look at them with no assurance of success. One of the issue they already fixed once and it broke again. They are also a bit rude at points of the discussion and fighting amongst themselves. We will take our business somewhere else in the future. This is the third Bock dealership I have had issues with and I have only dealt with 3 of them so it is 100% poor experiences. More
