Lack of service Stay far away from this place. I have two distinct vibration issues with my Rogue that their master mechanic, with 27 years experience, indicated wer Stay far away from this place. I have two distinct vibration issues with my Rogue that their master mechanic, with 27 years experience, indicated were not normal. They initially told me they needed to contact Nissan to see if the repairs were covered under the warranty. I then had to contact them a couple of days later since they chose not to call me. When I finally received a call, I was told that Nissan says vibrations are a "normal characteristic". (Funny how none of the Rogues I test drove had this "normal characteristic".) I became upset and wanted to speak with the service manager. I received a voicemail from Lee Oresman about a week and half later. I followed with a call to Mr. Oresman and he maintained these were normal characteristics. I disagreed and he told me he needed to make a call to Nissan. He left a message with me on January 3rd. As of today, I have still not heard from him. The vehicle is a Certified Used vehicle with a 100K mile warranty and only 56K miles. It's clear that Boch doesn't care about service and I can't recommend anyone buy or service their vehicle there. Update: Finally spoke with Lee today, 2/14, and he indicated that Nissan engineers stated once again that vibrations are a "normal characteristic". When I stated that a normal characteristic should be inherent in most, if not all, vehicles, he stated that he wasn't very good in English. I reiterated that that none of the vehicles I test drove had this "normal characteristic" and that his master mechanic stated it was not normal. He doesn't respond to this which means he doesn't believe his own master mechanic. He stated that I could bring the vehicle in and there may be some tweaks that could help a little but that Nissan wouldn't pay. So much for the great warranty. Basically, they won't service a vehicle that they sold to me that has a problem with it. It's a great strategy. Work with corporate to beat a customer down until they stop bugging you. Just stay far away from Boch and Nissan. The coronavirus would be better. More

I had a great experience at Boch Nissan. Blane Willey was a complete pro, I bought the car because of Blane, he took the time to explain everything in the car to my 16 year old daughter and that I appreciate a complete pro, I bought the car because of Blane, he took the time to explain everything in the car to my 16 year old daughter and that I appreciated. He also took the time to keep me well informed and took care of everything he said he was going to do to have the car ready for pickup. The only complaint I have is that they could have wiggled a couple of hundred dollars off the asking price, to keep people happy. Their excuse of it's the online price and we cant come down anymore was terrible. We've bought plenty of cars from Mr Boch throughout the years, he's got enough money. Taking a bit off the online price goes along way to us simple-tons. More
