I’ve been going to this location for most than 10 years. The service provided yesterday was poor and unprofessional. Pretty disappointed and may choose another service provider. I have scheduled an appointment in advance when I arrived there I was told that I didn’t have one. “They squeezed me in”As a favor. At the end of the services I was told that my car have many issues which I stated that one of them was checked and switch es by them. I provided the bulb. The service agent stated that he didn’t have time and that he actually included me in the schedule. First of all I had an appt and they lacked to put it in the system. Again very disappointing More

I have been bringing my vehicle here for a while and have been overly satisfied with service. Today I noticed that my anti-freeze cap was left completely off and was sitting on top, from when serviced the o been overly satisfied with service. Today I noticed that my anti-freeze cap was left completely off and was sitting on top, from when serviced the other day. I would have typically not have noticed this however I looked under the hood today for another unrelated reason. if not quarantined and I were driving a lot, it could have led to a bigger issue/ damage. I am pretty disappointed that the attention to detail was missed and my car was not fully inspected. I would still recommend Nissan service however this experience makes me question what has been missed in the past. More
