Everything you did to help my wife purchases a used 2021 Nissan Altima was great, the trade process the buying process excellent, however today a blemish and hey I understand the car is 3* years old th 2021 Nissan Altima was great, the trade process the buying process excellent, however today a blemish and hey I understand the car is 3* years old things happen, but what I noticed was different, the blemish in my opinion looked like the clearcoat was peeling around this blemish. Had a 1pm appointment for an oil change and tire balance/rotation. I stated I was waiting for my vehicle, as I have had these done before, and did not expect the service to take more than 1hr 30min- balance/rotation. I stated I was waiting for my vehicle, as I have had these done before, and did not expect the service to take more than 1hr 30min- tops. after more than 1 hr 30 min, i checked status of my vehicle and was told- this type of service takes a while, and should be completed in about 20 minutes or so- this was before 3pm. At approximately 3:40pm, i noticed my sitting in "completed" bay- I received a text about 3:50pm, and no one came to get me in waiting room until 3:55pm. I paid for vehicle at that time, and drove away from dealership at 4pm. I'm sorry, but an oil change and tire balance/rotation should not take 3 hrs. More
