A PROBLEM NOT RECEIVING THE $500 CASH RE-BATE IN CASH. I WAS NOT GIVEN A CHOICE. THEY AUTOMATICALLY TOOK IT OFF THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE. I AM STILL DISTURBED ABOUT THIS. THEY SHOULD NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING A WAS NOT GIVEN A CHOICE. THEY AUTOMATICALLY TOOK IT OFF THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE. I AM STILL DISTURBED ABOUT THIS. THEY SHOULD NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING ABOUT A CUSTOMER. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GIVEN THE CHOICE IN THE PAST AND ,BEING 65 YRS. OLD, BELIEVE ME, I HAVE PURCHASED MANY VEHICLES. We just drove a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee off the lot today and I have to say, it was an enjoyable experience. Not only was Barry, a Rothrock representative, extremely knowledgeable about the car we pur today and I have to say, it was an enjoyable experience. Not only was Barry, a Rothrock representative, extremely knowledgeable about the car we purchased, he also stayed 2 hours after the dealership closed on a holiday weekend to ensure the vehicle was in perfect condition when we left the lot. If you are in the market for a Jeep in the Lehigh Valley, I strongly suggest you go to Rothrock and meet Barry, you wont be disappointed. We look forward to purchasing many vehicles from him in the future. More
Brendan Kelly, my salesman, was contacted by me via the telephone for information about the car and the price of a new Nissan Altima 2.5 S (2012). I told him my desired price based on extensive research o telephone for information about the car and the price of a new Nissan Altima 2.5 S (2012). I told him my desired price based on extensive research of Nissan prices and he got back to me without an hour with a great price in my range. I then took my wife and went to the dealership (Rothrock Nissan) to meet Brendan and see the car he had on the lot that matched our requirements (and had a few other good things on it)and then purchased the Nissan immediately. I then met with Brian Amill, the financial officer, and soon after drove off the lot with the most perfect car from a great Nissan dealership. Brian (along with Brendan)did everything he could to help us through the massive paperwork involved with buying the car. We were very appreciative and would definitely recommend Rothrock Nissan to any of our family and friends and especially Brendan Kelly and Brian Amill. They are assets to Rothrock Nissan. Brendan went out of his way to point out all the features of the car (sometimes more than once) and made sure we were completely satisfied with the car. He showed us the service area and made sure we were aware of all their services and customer conveniences in their waiting lounge. More
The reasoning for my not so great rating is that when I went to pick out my car teh salesman was ok not great and the car that we bought was first put under my mom's name but we could not get a great inter went to pick out my car teh salesman was ok not great and the car that we bought was first put under my mom's name but we could not get a great interest rate so we decided to put it under my father's name, but instead of the sales man telling us that right away he made us wait for over 3 hours adn then just told us "the banks were being slow but everyting was ok". We called back the next morning and that is when he informed us that we could not get a great rating under my mom's name. He proceed to tell us that we could come in and sign the papers at 4:30pm that day we arrived a little before 4:30 and our salesman had to be pagged because he was with customers, then when he arrived he said that because we were not on time (which we were as I earlier stated) that there was now people in front of us to sign papers so that swe would have to wait well wait was understated we waited over 3 and a half hours to sign papers. On the other side of that I took my vehcile to get detailed and your service team is nothing short of awesome !!!! I will take my car to rothrock for service again. My family has bought nemerous cars from rothrock but this was that last one, we will never buy a car from rothrock again. More
This is our third car we've bought from Jose. He is knowledgeable, honest, very personable and no pressure. We also really like Rothrock's service department - dependable, will fit you in when you nee knowledgeable, honest, very personable and no pressure. One thing that really impressed us was that Jose took a new employee under his wing and shepherded him through the whole buying process with us. I've been a past customer, the last purchase being a 2010 Jeep Liberty which I totaled on August 5, 2011. It brought me back to the dealership who helped me take care of the gap insurance on the Jeep. They got me into a 2011 Dodge Journey one week after totaling my Jeep. They went above and beyond any dealership I've ever dealt with often working on their days off. Barry and Bob both came in on their days off to finalize the deal on my new Journey, knowing I needed it as soon as possible. The financial dealings with Steve was pleasant, never any high pressure sales. I feel that everyone at Rockrock treats you like family and makes car buying a pleasant experience. Their prices are very reasonable and they try to find the lowest interest rate and every rebate available. I intend to keep Rothrock a part of my family for all of my vehicle needs and will definately recommend them to friends and family. More

I went to the dealer to buy a new truck it looked like they had a large selection, unfortunatly the trucks on the lot were all ordered with the same sort of options in the same types of trucks. I was made to feel that if I wanted a truck that wasnt on the lot it would be more expensive. I found a truck that would work but wasnt exactly what I wanted unfortunatly the rear bumper was bent as if it was hit and twisted, when I pointed this out to the salesman he tried to tell me that is the way it was supposed to be. I pointed out that the other trucks werent bent like that and he brushed it off. th finance people cant do math at this dealership the payments and the cost of the truck didnt work out and when I pointed this out to the salesman he got the finance manager to come out and explane it to me. the explanation I got was that altho my credit was good it wasnt that good. I could have bought the truck on my credit card and paied less in finance charges than he was willing to give me. no one at the dealership made me aware of any rebates that I would qualify for. More
