The vehicle you service for me is 10+ years and approaching 180k miles, yet your shop does a great job keeping it a safe option for my family and road-ready. I usually don't go out of my way to recommend a dealer-shop, based on my past experiences, particularly with the one we have dealt with for my wife's van, but NuCar Mazda (New Castle, DE) has definitely changed my opinion about that. I absolutely will recommend you to others, without a doubt and very easily so! To NuCar Mgmt: These are GREAT people who have seriously earned my trust, which is a miracle given my previous jaded opinion of other dealership-based shops...and I see this with other commenters, too...please show it back to them and grant them an upgraded facility! ...and coffee service...better coffee. :) More

Excellent Service! Bt thats nothing new. I had an issue with my window wiper fluid and thought it was broken. Soon after dropping off my vehicle i received a call saying it was fine and it wo I had an issue with my window wiper fluid and thought it was broken. Also the main tech that i was communicating with allowed me to use a rental for the morning and that was greatly appreciated. Service time and price is always a plus. More

I was visiting Delaware for a few days from NJ and had a recall for spiders in my gas tank so figured I could drop it off and get it taken care of in a day. Well the whole gas tank had to be replaced and they gave me a loaner to use. They did a wonderful job and the service was great. I will come down from Jersey to buy a car here when I am ready for an upgrade! Awesome dealership. More
