Her responses were immediate and understanding and she assured me I would be matched with a knowledgeable sales person who would have the answers to my questions along the way. The entire process from start to finish was quick, easy and a no pressure environment....the way car buying should be. Steve was extremely helpful and friendly. He answered all of our questions and maintained dignity while following up on the sale.
