Run! I’m 22 and bought a car in cash for 13,000 and it’s been overheating, in the shop 4 times and is back there now. I have 3 kids and the car has been unsafe. I have pictures, videos and service reports been overheating, in the shop 4 times and is back there now. I have 3 kids and the car has been unsafe. I have pictures, videos and service reports from shops stating Issued wrong with it. I’ve been stranded with kids multiple times due to mechanical problems, missed multiple shifts as a nurse at a hospital, lied to and belittled, as well as sent on a wild goose chase to pick up a rental car 40 minutes away from me after I was told my rental would be paid for only for Nucars card to get declined and I got left at a rental place with no car and 3 fussy kids. More

**WARNING!** this was worst experience I’ve ever had with puchasing a vehicle I bought a car for $18,999 and brought the car in for servicing week after purchase because the stereo, a/c , bluetooth and touch puchasing a vehicle I bought a car for $18,999 and brought the car in for servicing week after purchase because the stereo, a/c , bluetooth and touch screen wasn’t working upon delivery and was told it would be checked ou and brought it in to service dept. To have dalrship to repair and service department were nice and manager told me it was 1400$ to repair screen for stereo and 1350$ for A/C to be fixed.. So they sold me a vehicle for$ 19k and didn't honor the warranty it came with and told me they would help cover 500$ of the service bill and they werent to blame. I then left and brought it to anohemdealer to look at the repairs and get a second opinion. This is were I was old they had sold the vehicle to Tilton Auto Serv with the damages and should of been fixed before purchasing my vehicle. I’ve called and tried to be patient with them to get car repaired with zero help and was asked to leave dealership and now working with a lawyer. Worst experience ever but service dept was nice just couldn’t repair due to sale manager wouldn’t authorize repairs. Even after a week!! I’ve had nothing but issues and repairs with my new car. More
Had problems with the truck we purchased and just found out the truck had been in an accident and they didn't divulge this to us before purchasing. Deceptive. Not good business. Found out about accident when we went to trade it in and only got 500 for it due to accident. We were having issues with it that were cause for concern such as lurching forward and revving engine on its own, plus electrical issues. Glad to be rid of it. Got taken by this dealer and will spread the word everywhere I can to never buy from this place More

Went in for a recall on our jeep. Came out with half the recall done and began to fight with the dealership and Chrysler to have it fixed and the dealership would only fix the wrong issue. Now I have a Jee recall done and began to fight with the dealership and Chrysler to have it fixed and the dealership would only fix the wrong issue. Now I have a Jeep that is unsafe to drive and will be taking it to our regular technician whom can troubleshoot and read. More
