We took our 2004 Santa Fe for a 90,000 mile service. Only to find out on the drive home that the transmission fluid had not been refilled fully. The dealership quickly tried to sell us a new transmission, thankfully we had an extended warranty on the car, the inspector from the warranty company quickly topped the transmission fluid up and rejected the claim. Thankfully I phoned the warranty company directly, as the dealership gave us a very different story. To cut a long story short, Duane Roberts was arrogant, rude, and full of excuses to cover up their mistake. Do not deal with this man! More
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Treated with no respect and spoken to condescendingly. Went 2 times to fix a small problem and was told it was unfixable after waiting hours. Throughout the first day of waiting at the dealership, not one representative kept us informed of what was happening. We had to continually ask for updates, and a meeting was scheduled during the middle of the day which kept mechanics from working on the car for over an hour. The second visit was worse - no one called us to give us an update on the car - we had to continually call in for updates ourselves. And after a whole day, we were told the problem was a structual issue with the car and couldn't be fixed. Funny, then, after one visit to Mirak Automotive Group, the problem was completely resolved. Incompetency, rude, obnoxious and arrogant staff are what you will find at Clay Hyundai. More

Went to this dealer for my 60K Hyundai Elantra service. They seem to have done a pretty decent job. I shopped around with several other dealerships. All of them quoted a price for the 60K service + timing They seem to have done a pretty decent job. I shopped around with several other dealerships. All of them quoted a price for the 60K service + timing belt change upwards of $1K ! Imagine buying a car because of its low cost and ending up paying so much for the servicing. At Clay, I ended up paying a total of $750 for the 60K service + timing belt change + new radio antenna. While the price might be a bit more (about 200-300 more I might say) than other mechanics, I think its important to have these bigger thing done at a dealership. My previous experience was with Tom Hyundai in Newton which was terrible: for 30K service, the guy was haggling upwards of 800K for the 30K service, and they destroyed my gearbox. I had so little faith in them that I got an independent mechanic to fix things for me again, at my own expense. I waiting lounge is quite comfortable. I deposited the vehicle at 8:10am on a Saturday, waited, and picked it up at 2:30 or so. The folks are quite polite and reasonable. I had recently done an oil change elsewhere, and they were nice enough not to charge me for an oil change I didn't need. They even have free coffee/capucinno etc vending machine, as well as a nice 42 inch TV showing CNN. Highly recommended. More
