Went to turn in my leased vehicle after talking to differnt people on the phone and was told to bring in the vehicle with the early payoff amount. Called Ally who finances the vehicles to get the payoff amount and to verify that I needed to turn the car into Clay. When we arrived we were told that we needed to return it to GM. We asked if we need to go to Detroit! After arguing and waiting we were finally "allowed" to leave the vehicle. I had dealt with Clay in Newton for about 20 years and they were great. Clay of Norwood was very good 2 1/2 years ago when we leased; I guess they do not like it when you turn in a car! More
Dave Hernandez has been my service consultant at Clay Hyundai for as long as I can remember. Dave always welcomed me with a smile & we got to know each other so well I didn't even have to give him my nam Hyundai for as long as I can remember. Dave is a stand-up guy and as far as I can determine an outstanding employee and asset to the Clay Hyundai organization. Dave always explained everthin in laypersons terms and if you had reservations about the urgency of the work, he explained if it was an immediate safety issue or something which could wait until a later time. David always made sure that as you waited for your vehicle to be serviced that you were comfortable in the waiting area. More

Arnie Petrosky is always very friendly and professional. He always does a great job keeping me informed about the progress of the work and when I can expect the job to be completed. Ms. Turenne, during her writing of my service bill, was polite and addressed me immediately upon my arrival to her place of service; other service writers had made me wait for an extended period of time wh polite and addressed me immediately upon my arrival to her place of service; other service writers had made me wait for an extended period of time while they attended to what work they had to focus on for the day, so this was a pleasant surprise. She was notably charming during our dealings, speaking to me with respect and asking how my day had progressed up to that point, which I appreciated. In terms of quality of work, the information on how I was to be billed , the clarity of terms, and the explanation of how this process was to be carried out, were all succint, precise, and devoid of excessive jargon; she spoke to me in a manner that allowed me to determine what exactly I would be dealing with. Combined with the well-maintained locale of work and the expediency with which it was carried out, my experience was both pleasant and productive. More
