Service Made appt via phone for oil change and inspection sticker. Appt was for 11/20/18 @ 0700. Arrived just before 0700. Went to desk. There was service per Made appt via phone for oil change and inspection sticker. Appt was for 11/20/18 @ 0700. Arrived just before 0700. Went to desk. There was service person there. I told him I had appt @ 0700. At NO time did he say that appts start at 0730. I asked how long it would be for oil change and inspection sticker. He then asked what time do you need to be out? I asked again how long it would be He said, first appt isn’t until 0730 and then he pointed to door with hours posted. I told him that I was given the appt of 0700 on phone and I didn’t just decide to show up at that time. I don’t know hours of service operations and that pointing to a sign was very unprofessional. I then asked if my appt. time was in his computer. He said.... yes. I had to ask what time was in the computer... he finally said 0700. Still the blame is place on the customer. I showed up for an appt I was scheduled for. I found this person’s demeanor to be very unprofessional and disrespectful. Never acknowledged the error of the company. If the person acknowledged the 0700 appt and made a slight attempt. No issue. Returned at approx 0720 and met with a different service person. Complete opposite interaction. 100% better. More
Service advisor I brought my Hyundai in for service. Service advisor, David Hernandez was great! He answered all my questions and was able to get me back into my car I brought my Hyundai in for service. Service advisor, David Hernandez was great! He listens, makes recommendations and doesn't try to push anything. Although I did more than an inspection, Dave couldn't have been more accommodating. He's one of the best, very professional. More

From the (service advisor) David's warm welcome and expedited service to Damian Murrain (service tec) even faster turn around with my vehicle I'm able to continue with my errands. Norwood isn't convenient for me by but I make it out here because I know I will be well taken cared for here. More

He took a nightmare situation and turned it into gold. He saved me money, gave me the absolute best warranty options for a pre owned car, free car unlimited car washes for life( are you kidding me that's incredible!!!), and so much more. Recall visit unsatisfactory. I made an appointment for a safety recall on my 2015 Genisis Coupe involving replacement of three bolts on the differential. The visit involved a 45 m I made an appointment for a safety recall on my 2015 Genisis Coupe involving replacement of three bolts on the differential. The visit involved a 45 minute drive to and from the dealership and a one hour wait at the dealership. At the end of the one hour wait I was informed that they did not have the three bolts and they would have to be ordered so I will have to make another visit when they come in. It was a total waste of my time. Why they didn't have the three bolts needed for the recall on hand and were unable to tell me that when I made the appointment is beyond me. I doubt I will use this dealer for my service in the future. More
