Mike was awesome helping us purchase a car for my daughter. He was quick, efficient, and very pleasant to work with! My daughter purchased an Elantra from this dealership in 2018 and had such a wonderful experience working with Mike McShane that we had to come back. Mike is super knowledgeable and hands on when it comes to the different Hyundai vehicles. He knows all the specs, explains every function thoroughly, and really shows you how to use all the fancy features. The negotiation process was stress free and fair. Mike was very transparent - he knew what we expected ultimately was able to deliver. I've been to other dealerships where the salespeople are pushy, or don't seem invested in your time/needs. Mike is very friendly, honest, and reliable and made our whole experience enjoyable! Dennis in finance was also great when it came to the not-so-fun paperwork part. He was super friendly and helpful when it came to discussing financing options and payment questions.
