My name is Wilson, recently my mom and I purchased a new 2012 Hyundai Tucson GLS AWD. On our first day shopping for a car, we stopped by Clay Chevrolet Hyundai dealership to get a idea on what we are lo 2012 Hyundai Tucson GLS AWD. On our first day shopping for a car, we stopped by Clay Chevrolet Hyundai dealership to get a idea on what we are looking. That's when we met Christopher Botsford(the salesman) and he helped us browsed around all various vehicles to help us to get an idea on what we might be looking for. He introduced us to many vehicles and explained the features/details to each one. After getting a good idea and view of all vehicles, we finally know what we want. We decided that we wanted a Hyundai Tucson, which is a good mid-size AWD SUV and also looks like a European luxurious vehicle. At the time, the dealership only have 2 of those vehicle left, which was the 2011 Hyundai Tucson Limited with Premium package that had black exterior and saddle brown/black interior (one was already sold). The price was a bit too high, it had too many features that we didn't needed and we didn't like the colors but Chris was willing help us to make everything happen. So Chris explained that the Hyundai Tucson has another model which contains the all features that we are looking for only and also at our price range that we were planning to spend. Since the vehicle(Hyundai Tucson GLS AWD) was sold out at their dealership Chris explained that he could help us locate one and get one for us. He explained how this process works and time that will take to get the vehicle at their dealership. Chris told us that it would take less than a week to locate the vehicle and deliver it to their dealership, which he was right it only took 3 days. What's even better about this process is that we could choose the colors that we wanted and its was an 2012 model. The price negotiation went very smooth, Chris made everything happen and easy. He worked with his manager and made sure we got us the best price. The purchasing/ paper work process what went really quick and easy because through out the week Chris kept reminding us of things we needed to bring for that process. Our experience with Christopher Botsford was very great. He helped us on everything, from the time on searching for right vehicle to the time on receiving the vehicle. He is a very friendly, polite, easy to communicate with and patient person. At first day at the dealership, soon as we got out of our car he was there outside to greet us. He also spend 7.5 hours (12:30PM - 8:00Pm) that day with us at the dealership and made sure we were well taken care of. He always asked us if we need anything such as drink, snacks or anything. The best part is that he even gave us a tour at the dealership from their used car lot and new car lot to the service waiting area. He also explained the details/benefits of the service waiting area which would be very useful for my future visits. The best about Chris is communication, he called me everyday to updated me what was happening and reminded a lists of things to bring and an list of question I needed to ask on the day of purchase. He also even picked up every phone called I made on ON and Off working hours. I highly recommend the Christopher Botsford at this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car and he'll made sure you are well taken care of. More

Joel went over the cars features and available options to me so that I could make an informed decision. His knowledge and attention to detail was very reassuring when making such an important decision. When it was time to speak to Finance they took the time to go over every question that I had and more importantly made sure that I was comfortable with my decision. I’ve had my car a few weeks now and can’t thank Joel Vega enough for assisted me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this dealership but specifically if you can deal with Joel Vega you know you will not be disappointed. More

He constantly called either myself or my mother almost every day during the locating of my car to ensure us that they were looking everywhere for the exact car I desired, and called me right away when it came in. He worked around my hectic work schedule to find time to help me and answer any and all questions I had for him about the car, financing, and everything in between. On the day I picked up my car he even sat in it with me for twenty minutes going over every detail, nook and cranny of it to make sure I understood everything. He is one of the nicest guys working there and I would definitely reccommend that anyone buying a new car ask to deal with him. Very friendly, helpful, and personable! More

That same day I had visited several other dealerships and was pretty much attacked by the sales persons. Jim asked what I was looking for, he very casually led me to the car, and we took a test drive. He has a very causal and welcoming personality, and is truly willing to get you the best deal! He walked me through the buying process with the utmost respect and understanding. He wanted to sell me a car, and I wanted to buy one; with that said he never pushed me to take a deal unless I felt comfortable with the price, and if I was not comfortable he was not comfortable, so he always asked at what price would you like to take this car home today. I gave him a price, he took it to his manager, and fought for me and the price I had given him. JIM IS THE GUY TO GO TO!! I am recommending all of my friends to go see Jim whenever they need a car. My husband and I were looking for a new car, as we are about to start our family (any day now, actually and my Honda Civic was just getting too small. We were interested in the Hyundai Tucson. We test drove the limited, but really wanted something a little more affordable, so we were looking for the GLS model, but with AWD, in silver, blue or green. Our salesman, Chris Cox, looked for what we wanted for a whole week. Apparently this car is VERY popular! He worked tirelessly to try and find us what we wanted, with no luck, unfortunately. So, we decided to try and find the car we wanted ourselves. We drove to another dealership and right away the customer service did not compare to Clay, and the salesman were nothing like Chris. He was nothing but professional, and he worked his butt off, trying to get us the car and deal we wanted. But, the other dealership had the limited, without navigation, in the color we wanted. We thought we were getting a deal, and almost signed papers with them. I had this sinking feeling in my stomach, and we decided to take a break and go for lunch. We priced out the two dealerships, and were saving a lot by going with Clay, and we liked their customer service better. We called Chris and since they had sold the blue limited without the navigation and backup camera, he was able to give us the blue limited, fully loaded for the same price. We went back to Norwood and signed papers, and I picked up my car a few days later. Chris showed me how everything worked, and he even installed my car seat for me! He went above and beyond for us to get us into a car we wanted, at a price we could afford and a great deal for my trade in as well. I HIGHLY recommend Clay to anyone and would definitely ask for Chris when you go there - he was a great salesman, and we plan on using Clay and Chris in the future.
