Jim, Bob, and everyone else we interacted with were all very friendly and helpful. My fiancee and I walked into Clay Chevy Hyundai with the intention of test driving a Chevy Equinox. Our sales associate, Scott Geller, showed us several vehicles, taking into account all of my option prefe intention of test driving a Chevy Equinox. After realizing that leasing an Equinox was out of our price range, Scott suggested a Hyundai Sante Fe. This recommendation was based on the fact we could get more options for less money due to certain incentives being offered at the time. In our experience, a lot of dealers have a hidden agenda and look to put you in a vehicle based on what most benefits them. Well I have to say that our experience was the exact opposite. Scott was extremely patient and helpful throughout the whole process, truly listening to MY PREFERENCES. We really appreciated the fact that Scott was invested throughout the whole process instead of handing us off to the finance department once the deal was made. We felt like he truly wanted to make this a positive experience from start to finish. The sales manager, Barry, and finance associate, Bob, were very helpful and customer service oriented as well.
