My wife worked with Scott geller and test drove a car and she liked it. They discussed numbers but I had to sign for the car. I worked with their Sales Admin group to go over our numbers and I told them I wanted one of their pricing options and we had what I thought was a Done Deal. I was going to go into the office and sign the paperwork and walk out with a new leased car for my wife. Little did I know by me coming in this seemed to be a good time to START negotiating the deal. The finance guy and Salesguy both said my wife and I were confused with the original deal and now they were trying to tack on all sorts of extra costs. Classic bait and switch. I went over the pricing twice (2 different calls) with the sales admin and then they completely tried starting over adding in all sorts of additional expenses. What a waste of time and I hope most people do NOT put up with this and go somewhere else without liars. Scott Geller mentioned he could not honor the deal he offerred 2 weeks ago to my wife when the only thing that changed was me signing the deal (I have excellent credit- 800+). He had no rationale as to why other than -I checked with the Sales Manager and couldn't offer the same deal.... blah blah blah. Do not trust this group and avoid them at ALL costs. The YELP reviews are all accurate also. This group does nothing to imporve the shady car salesman image a lot of us already have. More

The check-in person was at my car almost before I could get out of the driver's seat. Service was quick, the waiting area comfortable and everyone friendly. Edwin was very pleasant and efficient. I has to say the only reason I go to Clay service dept is because of the way Edwin takes care of me. He is very helpfull, and understanding, never put pressure on me, or force me to buy maintnance or related because of the way Edwin takes care of me. He provided options in financing that worked with by budget and I purchased a 2012 Sante Fe which I love. I have already recommended him to 2 people and I will continue to do so. When I picked up the car, he went through everything with me making sure I understood the different buttons, etc. Cudos to Scott. I had dreaded doing this but Scott made the entire transaction almost fun. I would do it again in a heartbeat if I needed another car. More

I found Chris' customer service skills to be superb. He spent an enormous amount of time with me and my husband, answering all of our questions, going over all aspects of each vehicle, providing all the necessary information I felt I needed to make my informed decision. Chris went above and beyond for us! This was our first experience with Clay and I would certainly recommend this dealership as well as Chris Cox to family and friends. I'm looking forward to driving my new Santa Fe. More
