They were adjusting the roof rack of my Traverse and when they detected an error made by the dealership that installed the roof rack, several mechanics collaborated and worked and worked to get the situation corrected. I received updates while I waited in the comfortable, clean, brand-new waiting area complete with warm cookies, vending machines, children's room (with brand new books and toys). The service reps were beyond helpful and friendly. The mechanic even offered to wash my car when they were done fixing the problem... And they didn't even charge me. I always go there for oil changes and routine maintenance and after experiencing how inattentive and negligent other dealerships can be, I will only go to Clay from now on! I highly recommend their knowledgeable staff, comfortable waiting room, friendly service, and trustworthy mechanics. More
