Brian Greeley was the salesman that helped me and was very attentive and listened to every thing I was looking for in my new car, he went above and beyond to get me the exact car I wanted and I LOVE IT! From the minute I walked in to the minute I left I was comfortable, they didnt jerk me around and were very fair, Im extremely pleased with this past transaction and will go back to Brian Greeley at Clay for my next car. Sometimes buying a new car can be a hassle and full of unnecessary stress and each time I have went to Clay it has been the opposite, Ive had a very pleasant experience and will definitely recommend my family and friends to Brian. No-nonsense sales experience. My wife and I had visited multiple other dealerships in the area, over a two week period, and were not happy with the service or attitudes of the sales staffs that we dealt wi multiple other dealerships in the area, over a two week period, and were not happy with the service or attitudes of the sales staffs that we dealt with. Within one afternoon (and a relatively short time frame), we found a vehicle, test drove it, negotiated a price, and processed all the paperwork. Clay Chervrolet's employees treated me like gold! From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, friendly smiles, and extreme helpfulness. I had driven to the wrong entrance but they drove my car to the correct location for me. They were adjusting the roof rack of my Traverse and when they detected an error made by the dealership that installed the roof rack, several mechanics collaborated and worked and worked to get the situation corrected. I received updates while I waited in the comfortable, clean, brand-new waiting area complete with warm cookies, vending machines, children's room (with brand new books and toys). The service reps were beyond helpful and friendly. The mechanic even offered to wash my car when they were done fixing the problem... And they didn't even charge me. I always go there for oil changes and routine maintenance and after experiencing how inattentive and negligent other dealerships can be, I will only go to Clay from now on! I highly recommend their knowledgeable staff, comfortable waiting room, friendly service, and trustworthy mechanics. More
