Credit Card Incentive and the other various dealer/ great deal so I came back and bought a Silverado 4X4 Truck for myself this year. Between the G.M. Credit Card Incentive and the other various dealer/manufacturer incentives...I felt like I was at risk driving home of being arrested for Grand Theft Automotive. With the 100K power train warranty, this is my 10th GM vehicle in 20 years. I've never had to use the warranty but it's nice to have! Got a rate lower than my own credit union. Chris did a great job walking me through the process. I'm a happy customer! More

BAD CLAY HYUNDAI EXPERIENCE Bill Maloney, the Service BAD CLAY HYUNDAI EXPERIENCE Bill Maloney, the Service Manager, had no idea how to fix my son's car when it came into the lot. That is what he stat BAD CLAY HYUNDAI EXPERIENCE Bill Maloney, the Service Manager, had no idea how to fix my son's car when it came into the lot. That is what he stated. It is a 2010 Hyundai Genesis. My son was backing up out of the grocery store when the bolt holding the rear differential in place broke causing substantial damage to the drivetrain. All this happened in a grocery store parking lot!! Just backing his car up - that's all put it in reverse and the bolt snapped. Called AAA had it taken over to Clay - BIG MISTAKE, BIGGEST MISTAKE WE EVER MADE!!! Maloney said he had no idea how to fix it, never saw it before. Then because my son's rims had some scratches on them Maloney said that my son was abusing his car!! He called Hyundai and told them my son abused his car. No, just because you have some scratches on your rims does not mean you abuse your car. He has plenty of tread in his tires and nothing wrong with his clutch. He was backing out of a grocery store parking lot after working all day at his computer job. IF YOU GOOGLE HYUNDAI bolts breaking - YOU WILL SEE TONS OF HYUNDAIS have this problem!!! So Maloney made this big thing up stating my son abused his car and now Hyundai will not warranty the car even though THEIR bolt broke and caused all this damage. Maloney claims he never told Hyundai the car was abused yet in all the records when I speak to Hyundai on the phone it is Maloney and one other Clay Service Employee saying bad things over and over. We had the car taken out of Clay's lot and we are in legal now. The AAA guy taking it out of Clay's lot says how can anyone state abuse? The AAA driver then says to me, look at the tires, look how good of condition they are in, he shook his head and says they have no idea what they are talking about and said it is too bad you took it to Clay Hyundai. He stated that they are totally wrong. THIS HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR OUR ENTIRE FAMILY AT CLAY HYUNDAI. More

From the minute I walked in to the minute I left I was comfortable, they didnt jerk me around and were very fair, Im extremely pleased with this past transaction and will go back to Brian Greeley at Clay for my next car. No-nonsense sales experience. My wife and I had visited multiple other dealerships in the area, over a two week period, and were not happy with the service or attitudes of the sales staffs that we dealt wi multiple other dealerships in the area, over a two week period, and were not happy with the service or attitudes of the sales staffs that we dealt with. Scott was incredibly personable and was very easy to work with. Within one afternoon (and a relatively short time frame), we found a vehicle, test drove it, negotiated a price, and processed all the paperwork.
