I was met at the door by salesman Robert Duran. He asked what I might be interested in and I told him of my interests. In a matter of minutes, Robert provided me with details oin a set of different Hyundai what I might be interested in and I told him of my interests. In a matter of minutes, Robert provided me with details oin a set of different Hyundai models.His manner was courteous. professional and informative while refraining from exerting any undue pressure upon me to buy a special model or for that matter, anything at all. Robert was knowledgeable and spent time explaining the features of various Hyundai models.This enabled me to feel comfortable in taking my time to identify my choice. Once this was done, I had made it clear to Robert that I had a financial deadline from which I would not move. Robert was able to deal with Clay Hyundai's internal standards and persons responsible for approving any deal and he succeeded in meeting my financial goals. Robert's dedication to good service did not end there and throughout the ordeal of licensing(I was from another state)the automobile and meeting the requirements of Massachusetts laws - he delivered the new car as promised - with all licensing and state approvals . I have been buying cars for the last 50 years and I can unhesitantly state that Robert Duran proved to be the most honest, straight-talking and efficient car salesman that I have ever experienced. Robert did not stop after making the sale. He was very helpful in assisting me to manipulate through the Massachuset's licensing requirements that I was not familiar with (being from out-of-state).
