My wife and I went into Clay Hyundai not expecting to buy a car. We were just shopping around for one for our daughter who is going off to college soon. As we entered Clay we were greeted by Enzo. He was a car. We were just shopping around for one for our daughter who is going off to college soon. As we entered Clay we were greeted by Enzo. He was very knowledgeable about the cars, and treated us more like family than strangers. His knowledge amazed us and his friendliness was what actually sold us. Enzo walked us around the lot a few times letting us know that he was going to find the right car for our daughter. My wife had told him we needed a "wow factor". He showed us many cars and we finally settled on an Elantra. Through out the whole ordeal he was never impatient, never pressured us to buy, got us coffee and water and made the day go by very quickly. He listened to what we were looking for and delivered it. Our daughter is extremely happy with her first car, and we are extremely happy to have met Enzo. My wife and I are definitely going to refer our friends to him! More

I recently visited Clay Hyundai on the auto mile, 391 Providence Highway in Norwood. I met a really great salesman "Brian Toczko" and got the opportunity to cut his tie, a sales tradition there. The staff from manager Edwin Hernandez, BlueLink specialist and Finance "Sosa" were great. The support staff was great as well and showed me how everything worked, even checked up on me the next day to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend this team. Surprisingly they made my experience easy, pleasant and fun. I'm enjoying my 2013 Hyundai Sonata SE with BlueLink and other goodies. Cheryl F. More
Since 2001, I have been going to Clay Hyunday because I am a firm believer in loyalty and honesty. I purchased three cars (Elantra GT, Santa Fe GLS and a Sonata) from Clay over this timeframe; most recent am a firm believer in loyalty and honesty. I purchased three cars (Elantra GT, Santa Fe GLS and a Sonata) from Clay over this timeframe; most recently a fully loaded Sonata in 2012. After having the particularly bad winter in New England, I had an awful experience with the vehicle in the snow and decided I needed something a little more substantial. My husband and I went to Clay to test drive a Santa Fe which I would feel much safer in. We spoke with the salesman and Chris who guaranteed they could help us out. We drove the Santa Fe, loved it and started working with the financing. All was copasetic until they came back and told me that my brand new Sonata was only worth 19K, I paid 32K for it less than a year ago. My brand new car with only 17K miles on it depreciated 13K in one year? The payments they wanted us to make to get out of the loan for the Sonata and into a new Santa Fe were excessive. My husband and I left the dealership, unhappy but were promised “they would look into it further and contact us.” That never happened. Now I am stuck in a vehicle that I do not feel safe in nor do I even want anymore. I just assumed that loyalty went a little further than the bottom line however I stand corrected. My husband and I are greatly upset by this and will be taking our business elsewhere. More
