The entire experience was great with no pressure. Mike Fink was extremely helpful. He started off with asking about the needs for this new car and what features we were looking to have in it. We were already leaning to an Elantra but he helped narrow it specifically to an Elantra GT. We got the right price and Edwin Espinoza was extremely personable and knowledgable about all of the extended warranties. The entire experience was ended with the sales manager making sure we had a great and knowledgable time at Clay which we did. Additionally, we took the car in for the registration and the Luxcare on Saturday morning and they let us use a car while it was being completed. This is a great dealership. Highly recommended. More

I visited Clay Hyundai on Thursday (7-18-13) after visiting three other dealership in the area earlier in the day. I was looking to part ways with my Jetta but I wanted the new car I selected to be ju visiting three other dealership in the area earlier in the day. I was looking to part ways with my Jetta but I wanted the new car I selected to be just as nice inside (I have a long commute so I like to be comfy). I originally stopped by Hyundai to see the Sonata, but that ended up being a little too big for my taste so Edwin showed me the Elantra. I went for a test drive in a limited edition Elantra which had upgraded features that made it very similar to the Jetta I was looking to trade in. During the test drive Edwin told me all about the Elantra (he was very knowledgeable), what my options were with it, and how it differed from the car I already owned. I fell in love with this limited edition Elantra , it had everything I was looking for. Edwin closed the deal beautifully while being cheerful and energetic throughout our interaction. I highly recommend going to Clay Hyundai and hopefully you'll get Edwin Britanis to help you find the car your looking for. More
As a guy that despises the car buying process, I have to say that the experience that I had at Clay Hyundai was excellent! I had never considered Hyundai, being a Ford owner for so long, but at the advice o say that the experience that I had at Clay Hyundai was excellent! I had never considered Hyundai, being a Ford owner for so long, but at the advice of family members who love their Hyundai vehicles, I went. When I arrived on the lot, I was met by Mike Fink - I explained to him that I was just starting to look and that I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, I was also adamant I wasn't buying that day. Mike spent a few minutes talking to me about what was important to me and recommended I look at the Veloster Turbo, which I really like straight away. He also took me out in a Tucson when I asked to see a larger vehicle to help in making a decision. There was never any pressure, Mike was incredibly helpful and genuinely vested in making sure I got what I wanted and I was comfortable with the process. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything about each vehicle and I could tell it wasn't a script, he knew his stuff! After the test drives and the overall experience, I realized that if the Veloster Turbo hadn't already sold me on Hyundai, the people there and their service did. I felt comfortable enough right then and there to buy my Veloster Turbo and trade my Ford Fusion. There was no haggling, no back and forth, no gimmicks, just a conversation that ended in a deal I felt good about. Best of all, there were no ridiculous questions like “if we come up with numbers you're happy with, would you buy a vehicle from us today?” I really felt like Mike and his sales manager were trying to help and never felt like I was being taken advantage of – I honestly felt good about the deal the whole time! By the time Mike and the sales manager finished working with me, it was an hour after closing on Sunday, I had offered to come back the next day, but Mike assured me that time wasn't an issue and that this was about me getting what I want. The next day my car was ready to pick up, Mike called me with the details, and asked when I'd be able to come in – I couldn't make it until a half hour before closing, Mike didn't skip a beat and told me it was no problem at all. When I arrived, the finance manager closing the sale was a real pleasure to work with; he didn't try to sell me unnecessary add-ons, and took the time to explain everything. While I was signing, Mike moved what was left in my old car to my new one. He also swapped my plates, which were secured by anti-theft screws to which I forgot to bring the key, so he had to work extra hard to get them off, I felt bad, but he reassured me that it was no problem. When I finished signing, it was after closing, when I told Mike that he didn't have to stay behind and go over the features with me, he insisted it was no problem – I never felt rushed and felt like I was important, what more could you ask for? He signed me up for the Bluelink service, scheduled my first oil change, went over the features of the vehicle and made sure I had his number to call him any time with any questions. I felt like I was buying the car from a buddy. Mike Fink, his sales manager, the finance manager and also the other sales people I encountered during my time at the dealership were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I have never had such a great experience buying a car. I was a loyal Ford customer, but I don't get service like this at the Ford dealer. For me, the service is just as important as the vehicle, I really feel like I ended up with an innovative new vehicle from a dealership that has innovated car buying with outstanding customer service. I can proudly say that I'm a loyal Hyundai customer now and with an experience like this under my belt, I look forward to the next time I do business with Clay Hyundai. Absolute scam! My brand new car needed to be towed there for a clutch problem. They charged me $110 just to tell me it wasn't covered under warranty. When I disputed the claim with Hyundai Motors America th for a clutch problem. They charged me $110 just to tell me it wasn't covered under warranty. When I disputed the claim with Hyundai Motors America the dealership continued to be completely unhelpful. Wouldn't tell me the problem with the clutch, just that it was operator error. Gave me an estimate for $1400 when every other repair shop quoted around $850. After lying to Hyundai Motors America about the condition of the car, they then charged $35 a day for the car being on the lot while the claim was processed. Terrible experience. Creating a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against them. More
After your first visit, they will keep hounding you with phone calls every single day, several times a day, for you to come "pick up a car".
