He then proceeded to show me all the features of the GLS and SE of the Hyundai Sonatas and their key differences. They way he described the safety features of the car as well made a huge impact into my purchase. After selecting the SE Sonata. He took time on his off day to come in and finalize the paper work and stayed late till close to help me. I could not have asked for more of a great experience by Clay Hyundai and Mike during my time. I can safely say I will be making all my future purchases through Clay Hyundai and Mike as my sale representative! More

Clay Hyundai's service was exceptional. I recently leased a 2013 Pacific Blue Pearl Sonata Limited with tan interior. After doing a lot of research, I knew I wanted this to be my first car. Clay had leased a 2013 Pacific Blue Pearl Sonata Limited with tan interior. After doing a lot of research, I knew I wanted this to be my first car. Clay had the best prices listed on their website for the trim and color I wanted. I went to Clay on a Wednesday night and unfortunately the car that was listed on their website was no longer on the lot and they didn't have any more PBP Sonata Limiteds. By Wednesday of the following week, Mike Fink was able to find the exact car that I was looking for at a different Hyundai dealership and had it delivered. Because of my schedule, I was going to be out of town that Friday and unable to drive to the dealership to sign paperwork before then. On Thursday at 12pm, Mike Fink met me at my work office in Burlington, MA so that I could sign paperwork and have the car ready to pick up that night!!!!! A few days later I received a call from Mike asking me how the car was, if I had any questions, and to schedule an oil change in a few months. Mike Fink was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to help accommodate my busy schedule! I would 100% recommend Clay Hyundai for their great customer service!! For years my wife and I each drove a Saturn. Three years ago I decided to try something different. I chose a Hyundai Sonata. It was a horrible experience. I was hesitant to return to Clay, but decided to give them another try. It was worth it. From my salesman Mike Fink, to the Sales Manager Fran Drake, to the Finance Manager Sousa Wrentham, it was a very positive experience. My salesman Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. There was no pressure whatsoever. Fran Drake, the sales manager made it clear that everyone at Clay was there for the customer, and they were. Sousa Wrentham made sure we (my wife and I) understood everything about the leasing process. Clay is now what a car dealership should be...no pressure, no games, and no wasting of a prospective client's time. Mike Fink was an excellent salesman all around. He worked with us and for us. My wife and I couldn't be happier. I'm enjoying my Elantra, and look forward to dealing with Clay in the future. We never once felt pressured into buying a car (unlike at Boch for example). Wassim listened carefully to our needs and concerns, put us in the right car for a test drive, and we purchased it that day. We love our new Accent and couldn't be happier with the overall experience of buying from Clay Hyundai. Edwin the finance manager was equally as patient and clear, I didn't think financing a vehicle could be that enjoyable, but Edwin explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. We left feeling confident in our purchase and are very happy to have given them our business - we will definitely recommend this place to others. More
I've had an engine failure on Saturday afternoon on the highway and with the help of a towing platform I was able to go to this excellent Hyundai service in Norwood, MA. Even with a reduced number of technicians available on Saturday, they were able to diagnose the issue (a failure of the ignition coil) and to have the car repaired and ready on Monday morning.
