Nice place to shop. I have bought a few cars from Clay Hyundai I have been happy every time. Will work hard to get you the car you want I had previously owned a Sonata and was getting it serviced while also looking to trade into a new model. The salesperson was nice, thoughtful and personable. The negotiating process was very straightforward and easy. The Finance Manager was amazing and worked hard to not only get me a good deal but also ensured I received the car I wanted. The specifications for a car I wanted weren't on-site, so the dealer went above and beyond to find a car that met it at a different dealership. The after-sale process was a little messy - lack of communication on when my new car would arrive, but other than that it was a great car buying experience. More

Clay had never been able to beat First Hyundai an I was already a Clay service customer who brought my 3 Hyundai cars in for maintenance with Tiffany. Clay had never been able to beat First Hyundai and sell me a car. Thanks to Tom Silvia and Tiffany Pendleton, I bought my car at Clay. First still beat Clay's price, but I went with the team I felt were honest and fair. Trust has a big value with me and I was willing to pay a little more for it at Clay. More

Unhappy customer I had too many problems to list After 3 weeks I am still waiting to get my deposit back. Was told the check is in the mail. No it's not. Found out no one sent the other office the paperwork for them to do a check. Also my salesman no longer works there after only 3 weeks. So it seemed I was passed around through this whole experience. I had the bad timing of going there when they were short staffed. Should not have been my problem! More
