Since I purchased my brand new Elantra from them about one year ago my experience is total nightmare. Unprofessional, uncoordinated, rude people. Cedric Caballero was our sales person. He was great to work with, easy going and very knowledgeable and felt about the car we ended up purchasing. Chuck is a very nice salesman, not pushy at all and he knows his cars. He keeps you posted by texts or phone calls to make sure you know where they are while waiting for the delivery of the car.
